Pretty sure the Desktop processor part is wayyyyy wrong, Intel doesn't design their CPUs to a standard foundry flow so it would take a very long time to relayout and resdesgin the processors for TSMC. Chipsets however is very plausible
I haven't went back to update the original post in a long time, those availability dates were guesses by my based on the ramp in H2'18, not a pushed back one in "sometime 2019" lol. Only time I come back here is to post about updates/leaks on Intel 10nm "products". Go create drama somewhere else.

Intel is to release Whiskey Lake U and Amber Lake Y soon, and will have >140 design wins in the fall. Double digit performace over their Kaby lake counter parts. Cascade Lake X to be out by EOY - it is not cancelled or delayed like some may have suggested
