Our group ranges from 18-45. We don't just plays games. We also hang out and talk computers. Nice to see all the new setups.

I don't have any problems with my setup. But I really only play the COD series. But I can play them at 1920x1200 with everything on the highest settings.

Portable would be nice. But something that can be by me on the table.

got it working. 1. http://www.makemkv.com/ to make my MKV's 2. http://haali.su/mkv/ to allow Media Center to play MKV's 3. My Movies for the cover art. I will have to check out Media Browser.

I must be lucky cause the Dell adapter works good for me. The Apple one gave me issues.

Thats the first thing I tried, but the player would not play any ripped Blu-Ray. It would just stop on the main movie.

Thanks, I will give that a shot. But before I read your post, I was using DVDFab ripping just the main movie. Using My Movies to create the cover art. And Total Media to play them within MC. It seemed to work well.

I normally Rip my DVD's with DVDFab then I can watch them with Media Center. What is the easiest way to do the same with Blu Ray?? And get the Cover Art?

Thats what I thought. I may have to go that route with a IR receiver and the Harmony. I wonder if you can run a second monitor on the second DVI port of the video card??

Hmm... never thought about RDP. I do have a older Pentium machine. Just hook up an ELO :) I saw the Harmony. Good looking unit, just not sure its the way I want to go. Don't you need a remote for it to work? I envision a unit with a touchscreen what would control the MC.

Now with 24" monitors, I would noticed them having them all in portrait. With 30" I would guess not. Hmm....time to upgrade. ;)

I worded it wrong. I meant it works well for me. I was answering a previous post I posted.

The Dell Adapter also doesn't have any blinking issues. In fact, it seems to work better than the Apple one.

I know. I have been thinking of upgrading to 30" :)

I run the Apple Adapter and I have not noticed any blinking at all. I have been playing MW2 since it came out in 5670 x 1920. The only issue I have seen is the monitor connected to the Display-Port will sometimes not turn on after a reboot or the resolution will change to a lower one...

That's the main reasons I have them about twice a month. In fact, I have am having one today. :)

I don't think the TV's will support that high of a resolution. But yes it should work.

You have never played on one then. I can't go back to one screen.

The sound is pretty good. Positioning is good, I can still hear tangos behind me. I still wish there wasa bit more impact when firing a large caliber weapon like the 50 cal. But since I upgraded my sound system to a decent 7.1 system, I feel like I am in the game. :)

Mine is delayed till the 18th. I wonder if I should just cancel the order and keep the Apple one?

My 3600 x 1920 look pretty good to me. I don't even see the bezels when I am playing.

I have not noticed any of that. So far so good. I may just cancel my order of the Dell Adapter

They delayed mine. But so far the Apple one is working.
