I have a Samsung monitor which doubles as an HDTV. It's only 19", but it suits my
needs. My brother is looking for a bigger screen since it will double as our living
room tv. Nothing huge, but something around 24" give or take.
Anyone have any recommendations? Preferably something under...
It was barely used. PCI-Express. 256MB memory.
Comes with everything except the box.
$30 shipped. Paypal preferred.

If someone could send me $50 via paypal in the next 15 minutes, I'll repay $75 at the end of May. You can see my feedback here: http://gametz.com/user/Richie.html
I'm reputable and always pay good interest when I ask for a loan.

I also have...
If you want to blame anything, blame the developer. It seems they focused more on making a console game with just an afterthought of it being a PC game.
That was one thing I was really disappointed with when I played the demo.
The motion blur is a bit much, too.
I'm still up in the air...
PSU is pretty good and I could understand that being the issue with 3d stuff like games; but i doubt
things would be under too much load just browsing the internet.
I think I *might* have fixed the issue with just a good cleaning. I pulled my computer apart and
the video card heat sink had...
So I recently upgraded my video card. Switched to ATI. All was well initially, and just
recently, when I'd play a game, my monitor would go black like there was no signal (I could still hear the game audio).
I rebooted and windows loaded fine. Figured it was just a random thing.
After it...
Has that always been in the rules? I could swear I've posted a link to my profile on that site before without issue. Anyway, removed the link. Guess I'll just edit my post when I'm not feeling lazy, to add other stuff to it. xD
Bills are piling up and I need to make some money. Prefer paypal payment.
GameCube Bundle:
System w/cables, memory card, 2 third-party Spider-Man and Venom themed
controllers; also have the box and paperwork.
Games include: Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles & Sonic Mega Collection...
Yeah, I fully uninstalled the Nvidia stuff before installing the Radeon card.
Didn't minimize and maximize, haven't overclocked the card....but that just made
me think about the fact my fan on the card has a variable speed. I just cranked
it up to see if that helps any....
For the longest time I was using a Geforce 7800GT and recently uninstalled that and replaced it with a Radeon X1900XTX. Seemed fine, but when I was playing ET: QW
I noticed some odd textures. I'm posting a few screenshots below. If anyone has had
similar problems or has some general advice...
I just started playing, so I'm mostly playing against bots while I familiarize myself with the maps. :p
But if you ever catch me online, the name is: Winters
Weird. I thought the expansion pack Extraction Point was a legit continuation; but that Perseus Mandate wasn't..... At least, in EP, you're still the same character from the original game whereas in PM, you're a different person and part of a different squad.
I liked Extraction...
lol Believe me, I know! I'm not working though, so that doesn't help.
I'll have money in March, though, and will probably do some minor upgrades or I might
wait until I have more money in May and do a total overhaul.
My machine is somewhere between the min. and recommended, it seems. I haven't upgraded
in awhile. But wow....12GB?! I hope that it's not just a bloated game and that those 12GB's mean
it's gonna have a decent amount of play time considering the original take up just over 7GB and
was pretty...
I'm thinking I may just disconnect everything and start from scratch to be sure.
But no, won't even get to POST. Absolutely nothing happens with I hit the
power button.
I'm pretty good at figuring out hardware problems, but this has me stumped.
So my brother moved back in here. His computer was working fine at the apartment, but it just plain won't turn on after he set it up here. I checked all the usual suspects I could think of (anything loose, bad power...
If it happens with any game and you've tried the usual like updating drivers, running scans for
virus', spyware, etc. It might be time to do a reinstall and start clean and see if that helps.
And if that doesn't help. You probably have a bit of faulty hardware somewhere.
FO3 used to crash for me after like an hour of playing almost consistently.
I just updated my video card drivers and it hasn't crashed since....I hadn't
updated my drivers since a release from like April of this year or something. :p
I think the fact that you never played Fallout 1 or 2 will actually help you. It's a great game
in it's own right, but I'm a little let down that it doesn't really feel like FO1 or 2.
There's none of the humor or pop culture references that made the first two games
absolutely great, in my...
