Computer is about 3 months old. Very clean, none smoke, no pets or foul smells. System will come with a clean copy of Win 10 Pro. Including the computer and Power Cord. Asking $320 shipped obo. Retail currently sits over $800.

The camera's only connection is the Ethernet cable, it uses POE for power so you'll have to get a POE power adapter on ebay if you don't have a suitable POE switch. I don't know for sure regarding the DVR aspect. Most POE camera's work with a broad range of software since many use the same protocol.
