So far I've only used filament from Bambu, eSun (it seems to be Bambu's OEM supplier), Cookiecad, and Ziro. The only compatibility I've run into for the AMS is with 250g small spools.
Received the Whambam PEX plate and I absolutely love the mirror finish. Highly recommended but it does require some gcode modification to the hot plate. For PLA no glue required.
So I received my Bambu X1 Carbon on Thursday and after about 30 minutes, I was making my first print. This is my first 3D printer and I have zero previous 3D printing experience.
I'm quite blown away by the speed and accuracy.
First print out of the box with eSun PLA+ on the stock cool...
I picked up Spiderman Remastered over the weekend. It's a really fun and beautiful game so far.
My only gripe is that there isn't much variety in the random crime missions. I can't count how many times I've done pretty much the same drug busts, car chases, or saving civilians from accidents...
My LG 34GP83A-B just past 2 years old so I went ahead and ordered this. I was really tempted by the original but this F variant seems good enough.
Anyone have pictures of it to a stand? I can't really tell based on the stock stand how it sits VESA mounted.
At home I find myself using the outer screen more often than not with tablet mode usually for bed time. I never used a tablet much while at home though my only tablets are a couple of Surface devices so not really comparable.
Yes I'm using the Samsung official kickstand case. It's quite bulky but usable, even with slim-style pants.
I've only used the official case which seems to offer adequate protection and the built-in kickstand makes it a fantastic travel device.
I have a few
The inner screen gets dust and...
Received my Fold4 from the Google Fi deal posted here https://slickdeals.net/f/16076047-samsung-fold-4-799-at-google-fi-799?page=51#commentsBox which made the phone $800 with a port-in number which is easily done via Google Voice plus a reasonable trade-in made the phone less than $300 out of...
I'm hoping as well. The P6 Pro has been leaps and bounds better with Android 13 except for 5G connectivity. It's hilariously awful in comparison to the S22+ side by side, even after an RMA with Google. It's really sad because the phone is otherwise much better to use than the S22+ from a...
Pretty interesting. So they'll run out of sellable inventory by 2022 and keep some for warranty. I wonder how that is going to impact warranty claims a few years from now.
Mandating password changes every 90 days will just force users to slightly alter their passwords every 90 days, keeping it easy to remember such as Password1, Password2!, Password3!!, etc.
I would just recommend ensuring a strong password is created the first time or maybe a one time forced...
I'm interested in this.
I picked up Genshin Impact a month or so ago and after getting past the animeness of it (I'm not an anime fan at all), the gameplay is surprisingly pretty good. It reminds me a lot of Breath of the Wild with a lot of room for variety in gameplay with different characters...
So I just so happen to get my new 150mm glass for my Aquacomputer Utilitube to upgrade my 100mm. Looks like I had more stuff in my loop than I thought.
Thankfully the D5 Next has a built in filter that I can clean easily but I was surprised even after cleaning out my radiators.
Ah gotcha. Yeah I saw multiple recommendations for cleaning out a new radiator but it was pretty clean when I ran it through. I have a Heatkiller radiator.
Presumably though once fully cleaned, you shouldn't ever need a filter right? Or is there further risk of contamination over time I wonder?
What sort of coolant are you using that requires cleaning? It's been about a year on mine and I've drained it twice with no visible indications of requiring cleaning. Using Mayhem X1 clear.
I played Star Citizen the past couple of days during the limited free experience (I think it's good until May 31) and while it's a technical marval, the fun aspect is really hard to find unless you enjoy the realism. I had to watch an hour of videos just to understand how to leave the planet...
I really love what Sean and the NMS team has been doing with the game, especially the last major update that addressed a ton of space combat issues.
What I really want them to do is significantly improve the planet biome generation (multi-biomes please!), improve the water, and add a ton more...
Will he have a desk while at college so he can dock his laptop to an external monitor? If so then picking the lightest laptop with thunderbolt would allow for an external GPU and larger display when required. A laptop being lightweight is invaluable when moving around a lot so removing the...
I'm on my second playthrough (not NG+, just new character) with full INT. I ran to Caelid, picked up the meterorite staff, and it just absolutely wrecks with rock throw. I keep an Uchi for melee and bust out Moonveil if things start to look dire.
I just cleared Rennala using rock throw only...
I'm about level 120 and I just hit the consecrated snowfield. Rivers of blood + Mimic is OP as hell and made some bosses get annhilated in seconds.
I think for NG+ I'm going to try a full INT/magic build.
A lightly used Pro X might be a better option. I use a Pro X exclusively for work travel and Windows on Arm has come a long way. I see them for dirt cheap on the used market all the time.
I believe Firefox has an arm compiled version.
So many fun memories from the mid-2000's.
I think this was an AC Freezer 64 Pro with a Zalmaan cooler on a 7600GT plus a PCI exhaust fan for those hot BF2 nights.
Infamous Tuniq Tower
Good ol D-TEK S939 block, swifttech res, and probably an aquarium pump.
I moved that to an old socket...
Thanks daddy.
Battery and thermals seem disappointing though for the form factor I guess I shouldn't be surprised. A lot of detail in this video I need to go back and watch.
EDIT: Adding LTT review
If the price is this cheap then I expect super high demand. I'm having Nvidia/3000 series flashbacks.
Assuming the performance is top tier. It could be midrange with these prices...
Moskowitz, with education in Psychology and Mathematics, is claiming cell phone radiation causes brain cancer. I'm not convinced. This guy reminds me of Chuck from better call saul with his electrosensitivity.
Does anyone other than Moskowitz believe 5G cell phone towers are killing us? Frankly...
I finally received my Leakshield + Ultitube D5 combo along with new 16/10 fittings and tubing. Since I was there I went ahead and added a drain that I forgot to do the first time (which made draining a real PITA) as well as a veritcal GPU mount because why not.
I did also get the 'fill port'...
Ha that'd be funny. Actually you only need to install and activate it with AquaSuite once and then it will work independantly if you choose not to use it going forward. If you decide to not pay then you can continue to use the software based on the last update. It's a small price to pay to...
This is what I'm using. 3/8" ID, 1/2" OD. I don't have a ton of fittings but I'm not sure I want to go a different tube size either.
🤔
EDIT: Looking into it the cost seems minimal for me to move to 3/8" ID 5/8" OD. I just need 10 new barrow fittings and I can use my existing barrow 90 degree...
This is a pretty neat design. One of my concerns around watercooling is the ability to monitor and react to any leaks or pump failures which is why I purchased an Aquacomputer Octo + Alarm cable however this seems to go further by ensuring that water never reaches the system in the first place...
