I saw that one, hesitant to do another EK product after my issues in the past, but things change I suppose. The price though.... I already bought the "pricey" 5700XT
I see tidbit's about a bykski/Aliexpress waterblock but haven't discovered where it's sold from. Don't see it listed on their...
The Asus Strix 5700xt 90YV0D90-M0AA00 is the one I have.... Hmmmm At least it's North American....... yeah
Anyone else own one of these? Did you ever touch the backplate at idle? Not gaming, idle. Mine gets pretty warm to the touch. Warmer than anything I have had in a PC before. App said it...
The horsepower has been there, game developers go the cheap and easy route. Occasionally you get someone who pushes the boundries, but not very often.
"so any number of game developers could have" But they don't do they? Back on topic
Problem in that thread was no password was instituted. Just a PIN was setup and somehow it began to demand a password. Despite some asshole suggesting the password was forgotten.
A decent suggestion that was offered later, by someone who wanted to help instead of ridicule, and that was...
Yeah, I usually have to click start the game a couple times before it'll go.
I played for a few more hours. 10 years ago, maybe I would have been a bit more into this, but as I have said previously, I'm sorry I bought the game.
It does play in Linux if anyone is interested.
I didn't forget, Win 10 no longer accepts it. Several months of daily use and suddenly I forget? Seriously? And it's written down? OMG, must be user issue. Go fuck yourself.
I remember when this place used to be helpful
I'm sorry I got the game. I am not impressed in the least. This is more repetitive than I care for. At least with Grim Dawn, D3, POE, you feel like you are getting somewhere, this is the same crap, over and over.
I will give it one more go, but I doubt after 19 hours in, I will be raving about...
So the Threadripper box has been running without too much issue, it has created another dilemma for me today. It has a Asus Strix 5700XT installed and it's a bit quirky.
Today I have some time so I was going to replace it with a 1080ti from my 2600 box. (Being that it's down currently)
When you add "Not looking to spend to much on it." It's a bit harder to offer something. Add a price range and see if that helps.
If $90 to $100 (shipped) is to much for you, I know I don't have anything available.
Well, lets be honest. There have been issues in Windows that were beyond AMD to correct. Threadrippers as an example.
However, in the case of the video cards, and remembering a long questionable past with driver histories, I do think this is an AMD issue.
Resisting urge to go..... My 2600 box needs upgrades, not to mention the 4770k box would benefit as well.
They even have some open box deals that might be worthwhile as well.
I'll probably go, but all I need is a displayport to hdmi adapter for a x58 Xeon box that landed on my lap.... I'm...

Then add shipping for both Asrock B450M and 2600X
I have resisted Asrock for quite awhile. Most of what I had been getting for prior systems was Gigabyte or Asus, but I have to say the Taichi I have, isn't so bad. They skimped on some things but it's pretty solid.
I too don't quite understand the Bios upgrade comment. It was super easy to do...
