I recently bought this monitor and I'm experiencing an unusual problem, both in Ubuntu and Win10.
The problems is that my whole screen moves, like a couple of pixels to the right, once every 10min or so. Sometimes it moves to the left, or upwards, or downwards, or to the right, just a couple...
Have anyone tried to fill their loop and bleeding air bubbles, like they do with cars? with a vaccum pump like this?

I have a Dell Ultrsharp 27". Like 11 years old. And today I get this message. It remains on top of everything and I can't seem to get into the monitor menu. Just on and off.
What is happening?
Again, those cuts don't seem too severe, but I reckon there are more. First thing you should've done is remove the on-board battery and repair the PCB
The damage is done, but, still try using something like these to repair the cuts. take your time to look for all the cuts...
You bought a RTX 4090, and becuase of nvidia idea of saving a couple of bucks, they made small power connectors, and someone didn't check current levels for this design.
How are you dealing with this problem? Do you have a fire extinguisher next to your case?
