Bleak Faith: Forsaken – Dark Souls-Like ARPG

Yeah color pallet is very limited. Mostly due to being only a 2-3 person dev team. One thing they did say which I really like is that the world is more interconnected like Dark Souls 1 which was phenominal in that aspect.

    Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

On first playthroughs of Souls likes I usually will try a boss once or twice and summon help because like you I don't have the patience to keep retrying but will try on my own on NG+ runs.

    Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

I played the original Dark Souls on pc via mouse/kb because of this...I mean I didn't know any better. When I finally tried a controller on a replay I felt dumb for not having done it sooner. You wouldn't use mouse/kb for a driving game and this is really no different in that it is designed for...

    Sons of the Forest

I played for an hour or so last night with a friend and we loved it. We were coming from Valheim and wanted something different and this was fairly easy to pick up and figure out. Having never played the first one, I was not prepared for the people in the forest and when I heard a yell in my...

    Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

Nioh 2 can be hard for sure but the multiplayer component always allowed for help. Sekiro had no such option so if you hit a wall it was get good or give up. I was in the latter. So Wo Long will have same multiplayer assistance option so you never have to be stuck.

Cyberpunk 2077: Night City Wire premieres June 25

1.7 is the patch that will have me replaying it. It's the big one that reworks the entire police AI system. Not sue until 2023 though. I played at launch and absolutely loved the game so I can be patient

    Blight Survival

I was kinda blown away by the video. The graphics and details were really good but then read this and kinda lost interest: Blight: Survival is an upcoming medieval, co-operative, action-horror roguelite set in an alternate 14th century.

    Level Zero (Asymmetric Multiplayer Horror)

Wow that was some impressive production value.

    Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

No I downloaded it but never got around to it. Team Ninja has my trust after Nioh 1/2. I absolutely loved both games. Both Nioh 1 and 2 are absolutely fantastic. Give it a few hours to learn the systems and you'll be hooked.

    Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

    Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous

I have been playing this game for the last few months and am really in awe of how long it is and that I have not grown tired of it. I am at 170 hours and just started act 5. Just a fantastic game.

    Lies Of P

I have played them all and for me, Surge 2 and Nioh 1/2 both came closest to replicating the feel, excitement and sense of discovery as Dark Souls.

    Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Only level I really disliked the layout and found it confusing was the ice planet. Took a long time to get comfortable with getting in and out and you're there a lot.

    Elden Ring (From Software RPG)

In same spot...hardest boss fight for me recently was the two gargoyles down in the Neocron or whatever it's called. took me quite a few tries even with mimic tear ashes. Finally had a round where neither one used much poison.

    Elden Ring (From Software RPG)

So I have backtracked to hit a couple of areas I missed before proceeding but am now at the Land of Giants. For those that finished, how much of the game is left? I will be sad when it ends and am trying to be thorough so it lasts as long as possible.
