I can't believe the war hasn't outright canceled the game! Not surprised that Russian's have hacked the studio. I for one am really looking forward to getting it Day 1.
Yeah I'm OC'd to 4.8Ghz but for big open world single player games I know the 1% lows will be so damn much higher on a newer system. The Z170 and 6700k has served me very well almost 8 years later.
I'd pick up a 3090 because of the VRAM. who cares if its white? when youre playing a video game are you staring into your case or are you staring at the glorious game with the eye candy turned on Ultra?
unsuable? I mean if you're a twitch gamer sure, but for single player games like CP2077 or the revamped Witcher 3 or Metro Exodus the frame rates are totally fine.

Ray Tracing is still new (as far as main stream game development goes) and it will take time for developers to utilize it efficiently. DirectX 12 was launched in 2015 and 8 years later AAA games released...

I'd say right now best bang for the buck performance GPUs are a used 3080 and 3090 or for new the 7900XTX. There is a cost difference of damn near 50% between the 7900XTX and the RTX4090
