I have been using a pay as you go plan with H20 for the past 5 years or so and would like to continue using this service. My phone is Moto E which I think has a 4.5 inch screen so something under 5.5 inches is preferable.

I don't think there is a trial anymore. You can download and play the full version on Steam. Episode 2 will likely be released next year and will not be free at first.
