You probably did. I'll add a 4070ti to my server next month. I don't care if it heats up the server closet. Depending on the heat output I may put the one I plan on getting for my gaming rig to folding too.
RTX 3080 FTW Ultra Hybrid (10GB) -- $555 shipped
I just got this card last week on here but my wife's car needs repairs so I gotta sell it.
As of today it has 582 days left under warranty. The card is not registered and I have the receipt from original buyer.
Are the ports on this multi-gig?
edit: I see that they are 1Gb/10Gb on the data sheet.
Does that mean that it would bump my 5Gb fiber down to 1Gb? or is there a new firmware that supports 5Gb?
One thing I have to look out for is having a mobo with enough PCIe x8 slots for my HBA and 10Gbe card. Do Xeons support Quicksync at any level?
edit: Xeon E-2100 supports Quicksync from what I could find.
edit2: Xeon E-2374G might be what I need.
Thanks for that. Yes, I'm going from 4k to 1080p. I should be good for a while at least. If I decide to share my library with any more family members I'll try a 1050ti and the above nvidia patch
What's the problem with using a microsoft account really? I started using one when i signed up for Azure student stuff. I've never seen an ad for anything pop up. I doubt that microsoft is getting any more of my information than they already were. Not trying to make waves here. I really want to know
so, what are the advantages of using the a380 for Plex? I'm intrigued and don't mind messing around with new technology, so if its good for plex I'll snag one up.
I can't find one anywhere save for ebay at $269 now though :(
