Wow, you were very close, got my notification sent on 01/19/2022, received my card today (EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra), after it not playing nice with my ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme & hours of headaches, troubleshooting & screaming, I finally got it working. All I can say is, suck it scalpers, patience...
Thank you krbyrj, that helps, maybe gives me something to look forward to, this 980 has been worrying me for a year now. 😟
Reading the above comments, I'm guessing I should've tried to register my EVGA aio water cooler I picked up 4 years ago (still in use), 2x EVGA power supplies (both have...
Appreciate the info, at least that gives me a rough timeline, could you please tell me how you figured that out?
Willing to bet I missed something simple there...
Bought an Analogue Mini NT Noir, Everdrive & microSD card & have been replaying old games I used to love as a kid & finding out about good ones I never knew existed. :)
Got one of those 8Bitdo M30 Bluetooth Gamepad, in preparation for the Genesis Mini, been using it on my Genesis emulator, it works beautifully, the acid test for me was Street Fighter II - Special Champion Edition, no problems. Hope it works as well on the mini, when it arrives. :)
sheesh, either those that disliked/hated the last 2 Star Wars movies are in the minority & are really really loud at voicing their opinions at the drop of a dime, or I'm in the minority now as someone who found them entertaining & enjoyable (nowhere near as much as the originals thou).
I sure hope not, it's still fun to grab a physical copy, even if it's ONLY the installer & a steam code, but a nice steelbook helps too.
And no to cloud/stream gaming, just NO.
Forced to pay $50 to get rid of 1TB/month (formerly 2TB/month, but not enforced) limit for Cox's Ultimate Plan, now without Net Neutrality, I'm just waiting for their super special we love you unlimited streaming package, so I can continue using Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu Plus the way I was before.
Wow, sounds great, Assassin’s Fist was highly enjoyable.
And as for Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie (1994), watched both the dub & sub, sadly the replaced music tracks in the dub didn't match the scenes all that well, and were rather distracting, while the subbed version's music was...
Trying to figure out what building materials you used to build that. I still re-visit the game from time to time to try different building ideas, now you've given me inspiration for a much grander settlement on the island.
I loved it, the packed audience loved it, sure, it had its problems, but the good far outweighed the bad & in the end, I was very entertained. Plan to go see it again tomorrow.
For me the appeal is with nicely designed Blu-Ray & 4k steelbooks, and cheap non-steelbooks with UV codes, that way, best of both. :) And Netflix is great too. :D
Usually just go to a friends house & watch the newest blu-ray releases there, if I liked it, then I'll snag a local steelbook edition, wait for a premium steelbook from overseas, grab that, and there Hollywood, I just paid more than the price of taking my family to 'said' movie. :)
btw, the...
Bought a pair of Shure SE425's awhile back for a hefty sum & they sound great with whatever device they're hooked up to, including my Android phone. Hopefully Android continues to support the standard 3.5mm headphone jack, would be a shame for them to go the proprietary route of Apple.
Goodie, first the Ultimate Package had 2 TB data limit (not enforced at the time), then increases speed, quietly reduces to 1 TB data limit (will start enforcing next month), I use around 1.8 TB - 2.5 TB every month, so guess I better be ready to give up a few other services, oh wait, Cable TV...
With Cox, they're gonna start enforcing their 1 TB / month data cap (was 2 TB last year, but then silently reduced it) on their ultimate bundle, with no option to get unlimited data, oh except for paying for every 50GB afterwards, yipee...
Welp, gotta be the odd person out, but I still feel Blood Money is the best one, and I also liked Absolution too, just not as much. :P
Still haven't played the newest one, so my opinion may still change. :)
...it's a little easier to just order a few pizzas & have everyone watch together at home, than go out to the movies, and a hell of a lot cheaper too. :)
Thank you for the heads up, gonna make me a cool $30. :)
Yes, people still have optical drives in their systems, I have 3 blu-ray burners in my tower & 1 blu-ray burner in my aging laptop. ;)
Thanks to AnyDVD HD, blu-ray backup & playback has been a breeze...come on RedFox, let's make it that easy for 4k too. :)
*I know, I know, long way off*
First thing that would come to mind is something along the line of "more money than common sense", and why do they all have windows PC's, and a $300 book featuring Apple products.
