ehh dont think the small fan from the cpu to pull air vs the fan of the psu. After all the psu suck the air from inside and push it out. Your opinion for deflector it was very heplfull and im thinking smt (if it works). I was thinking to switch side the psu (fan above) but the SilverStone dont...
