Would someone with a C7 cooler and the A4 be willing to take a video of the difference with/without the side of the case on? I understand noise is subjective, but it could help people decide if it's too much for them.

Hey Dondan, just wanted to say I'm very happy to see you've made it to this point. I've been following the case since day 1, and sadly was not able to participate in the kickstarter due to funds. Hopefully I'm able to get one someday. Until then, great work and best of luck!

I prefer the DC board version, I think that symbolizes what you originally were aiming for.

That makes sense, thanks for the explanation. You could get crazy and add a third design to the idea pool that uses a flex PSU/1U PSU located at the bottom of the case. The case would need to be a bit taller...

I'm guessing the flex PSU will be in the same location as the DC-powerboard?

The waiting is the worst part... any updated pics of your Lian-Li prototype? I am almost considering going with one of the i3 Haswell dual cores... cheaper, lower TDP and for gaming seems like it would do fine.

Second drive location looks good to me, maybe a little higher up as mentioned by updawg. Happy to see a second drive, and that comparison shot makes the A4 look tiny and the Q07 look huge haha.

The riser cable would have to be very long, which would increase the cost and the chance of issues in the cable.

@dondan - The A4 on the first page looks very clean the way the side panel fits. With the render you have posted above the main thing I notice is the gaps in the front and top where the bends are made. I don't think it looks bad, but the first way looks better. Any idea the cost difference...

Great work on this, I'm happy to see more cases this style. I think it's good that you and dondan are releasing similar cases. I think you both will have plenty of customers.

Renders look good! Just curious, but wouldn't it be better to have the PSU cord on the same side as the PSU? So if you viewed the case from the back, to the left of the motherboard?

@dondan If this design is like the A4 and blower style cards are recommended, I would suggest the custom bracket.

Do you have an opinion on which of your two cases will cool better?

Would you say it is a safe bet to buy the HDPLEX 250W Hi-Fi and Dell adapter now? No planned changes in those parts?

I wasn't aware of those issues, thanks for explaining. Hopefully you get it all worked out! I guess the regular A4 would be a better bet for me in the near future.
