I need some serious, high end speakers for my computer. I could care less about dolby 5.1 and stuff. I want 2.1 (5.1, 7.1 are acceptable, but not needed) High output, and extreme accuracy. I want my computer audio to rival my home, and car audio. I am looking for the best in sound quality...
remember, you get what you pay for.
blasterboy, did you even bother to click my above link?
But if you want help, you need to let us know what you are looking for in a bag?
If you want the absolute best protection then get something made by Brenthaven and they have all sorts of...
It depends what you want and how much you want to spend.
I spent 120 on mine
I realy didnt want to spend a bunch on a bag for my lappy, but I bit the bullet and got an expencive one that I knew would protect my nearly 3 thousand dollar investment. $120 is small potatoes when you are...
Got it yesterday. It's great.
With 3DMark03 I got 2560 3D marks. How is that?
This is with the default ocnfiguration. If I use a diferant configuration will I have better performance? What config should I use?
Or would I gain more from downloading the latest catlyist?
It realy depends on what you are cleaning, but there is probably a better solocent for what you are doing.
Pre painting - Laquer Thinner to get the last bit of paint off, you can even use it to chemicaly etch acrylics.
Pre painting - If you have primered allready go to an autobody shop...
I recived my order confermation, and would assume that it would be some what obligating, or posably leagly binding for them to follow through on te deal.
I realy doubt that IBM cares that if fiew people are using a discount that isnt theirs. They still made money off of me, and thats money...
it is for people that go to that school. but they do not verify that in any way that i can see. Didnt ask for student ID #, or anything and I did order from there. Ihavent got my stuff yet, it is set to ship in like a month.
If you are willing to go a bit over budget check out this student discount it dosent matter if you dont go there. It worked just fine for me. IBMs are not exactly the most machine for your money, but the quality is outstanding.
Umm... Most peope go to college to learn. If your main objectige in college is to get drunk you are probably some yuppy trust fund babie that has the money to blow on a 180000 dollar education, and piss it away by partying all of the six years it takes you to get your batchelors. If you want...
By using the wrong AC adapater it is posable that your lappy may never work again. The ends on those are diffeant sizes for a reason. So that you can only input the correct voltage to them. When you go moding AC adapters to MAKE them work you are only making things worse.
Well I still have time to cancel my order, would you suggest the 14 inch over the 15. Peaole say stuff like "I didn't want the extra sixe of the 15 inch" but how much larger could it realy be?
Is ther qualtiy of the 14 inch better than that of the 15 inch?
Im not exactly a student there. ;) I didnt do anything special other than finding the link, and nowhere in the licance agreement did I read that the offer was exclusive to students, even if it was implyed or intended that way, nowhere did I have to state that I was infact a student of that...
I got mine direct from IBM because I found a killer discount. Not exactly the most ethical discount but it probably saved me close to a G. Here are the specs.
1.8 Ghz Pentium M
60 GB 7200 rpm HD
Gig of ram
9 cell battery
intel pro 220 B/G wifi
3 year warrenty...
did either of you buy from thinkpads.com? how was your esperiance?
Do you know if the IBM 3 year warenty has the "Oh Shit!" warenty included?
also its not that I want the extra inch of screen, I am more concerned with the extra 32 megs of video card.
I am planing on geting the IBM T24 I am wanting to spend around $2600 but I am flexable. I think that I have made a good deciscion but I would like some feedback from owners, or sugestions of posable alternatives.
I want something that is light enough to cary around campus every day, good...
Vantec tonado = OUCH!!!
even plane jane fan grills provide more safety than the fancy ones. They are usualy jut for looks, and have lareg openings. Realy if safety were converned the mesh grills would be the best.
I prefer just the standrd wire grill. Shure it may not look pretty, but it provides the safety fo not sticking your finger (or other body parts) into a fan, and costs you the least ammount of flow resistance.
It wouldnt make the fan in its self any quieter, but it would indeed do what it is supposed to, that is, iw will danpwn the vibrations between the fan and the case.
I would just get come rubber washers tho, it would be cheaper, and you can jsut get them at your local hardware store.
Think about it, if you are at a big lan party where you dont know the people and there are lots of them. The person that goes to this Lan party planing on stealing pards will have all the tools needed. He probably has a set of escurity screws just loke yours, and the tools to match. You could...
