    Is a P1130 a good monitor?

    I am considering buying a P1130 for $35 but I want to know if this is a high-end CRT. It's 21", uses an FD Trinitron aperture grille tube, it's native resolution is 1920 x 1440 @ 85 Hz although it can go up to 2048 x 1536 pixels @ 75Hz and has a pixel pitch of 0.25 mm.     LPD?

    Laser Phosphor Display? I'm sorry if there's already a thread around, but I found this to be very interesting: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laser-powered_phosphor_display. Has anyone ever seen one? I think it's another one of those defunct could've-been technologies like the SED.
