I have a dell T20 for the main computer and had a E3-1225v3, 4 cores no ht. I bought a e1230 that has 4 cores with HT and swapped them. Im happy as excel and other apps load faster and has less lag. I had to get a GT1030 for video, but that was a win as well.

Remove the wood if you must. put in a metal speaker grille under the fabric. might need to make little recesses for the metal grille hold downs with a drill bit.

The dell T20 had a 1225v3 with graphics (4core/no HT) and I put in a 1230v3 (4cores with HT) but it doesn't have graphic controller
