Was planning to wait for this to be out of early access but kept seeing people talk about it. Moddable and you can have your own dedicated server which is always nice.
Over 1 million sales for the game and they appear to have plans for more content. Well worth the 20 bucks for me.
You don't
It may not be something new but it does seem to be something that is happening more often and there is a potential it could be a bigger problem in the future. I happen to like when channels like this buy the equipment and do research into these things. I don't have the time or money...
Yeah it is pricey. I was thinking about the pre-order for the mount, pets, and boost. However, it looks like I need to also buy Shadowlands if I want the pre-order.
I really don't want to buy Shadowlands. Waiting until I hear more about the beta before I decide.
Blizzard has 26 million monthly active users. That includes all their games not just WoW. They don't talk about sub numbers anymore.
"Monthly Active User (“MAU”) Definition: We monitor MAUs as a key measure of the overall size of our user base. MAUs
are the number of individuals who accessed a...
Left after Legion. Will have to see how it goes between now and release but I'm interested so far. First thought on the talent tree was we have come full circle and are going back to classic. Not the same of course but close enough.
Hope the companion AI is improved. I feel like in any Bethesda game the companions always move in between me and a target right as shoot or unleash a spell.
I don't know it kind of amuses me to come in here and see the same people making the same arguments every few weeks. This thread is like groundhog day.
On a different note. For those who are using mods, how are the mods? Do the break every patch? Do they offer enough mods to warrant a replay...
I don't think many here were saying it was bug free on the pc. I played for about 200 hours on a six year old system with a 1080. I never saw a T pose in my game and pretty sure that was fixed in the first or second patch. I don't deny those things happened but the majority of the problems like...
They may settle this one but the company is under investigation by other groups as well. Sounds like the investors are pissed off because blizzard didn't disclose to them they were being investigated.
Guess that is a requirement. So they complained and the SEC is investigating. So they are not...
While I'm glad they are patching it I had the game set to not update. After seeing it start a 50 gig download I've uninstalled it.
I enjoyed the game but at this rate it will be another year or two before there is enough new content for a replay.
About ten hours in and enjoying it a lot. I really really like that I can switch between turn based combat and real time with pause. I've always had a slight preference for turn based but that never stopped me from enjoying real time with pause games. Being able to switch between them with a...
There have been some amazing mod content put out over the years. You would think someone who had that much passion and know how to work on something for the fun of it and usually for free would be someone both fans and devs would want on the team. I wish it would happen more often.
I must have spent a good 40 hours over the last few weeks watching various channels about different classes and paths. So many choices! I'm still not sure what I'm going to play first. I'll probably spend hours in the character generator. Really hope it is a smooth launch.
I haven't bought much this year. I'm looking forward to the new Pathfinder game and hopefully the new SWTOR expansion is good. Not much else I've found interesting this year.
I liked the first one but felt they could have done a lot more with it. More scenarios, more paths, a new map to combine all the DLC additions etc.
I wish the endurance games would ramp up their difficulty over time. Bascially I want more of everything, so I'll be keeping an eye on this.
There is no real official information out there except that they are making a game called Starfield and it is an RPG.
Rumor says more information at E3.
Glad to hear kingdom management is improved. Majority of the time I play through a game with no mods then play again with mods. But the kingdom management and the map navigation speed in the first game were painful enough that I went looking for mods after a few days playing.
It's a beta test. Every company runs them a little differently. The early access gets them feedback from fans and helps them find the bugs. Hopefully we get a more polished game on release.
For this one you only have access to Act one out of probably three acts. Things change, new content gets...
These were some of the most disappointing parts of the game, for me.
Crafting felt unfinished. There just wasn't enough to craft or variations of things to craft.
Gear I would have loved to see more like Star Wars The Old Republic. The gear only affected your characters looks and the mods...
There are missions you can come across that don't have map markers to start them. I've found a few that start once you pick up a shard.
Another I just stumbled across when I opened a garage door trying to find the entrance to a shop. Had to interact with things in the garage before the missions...
That hardly happens to me. Once I saw people talking about it I spent five minutes trying to make it happen and never could.
I do have crowd size turned down.
Seems like a lot of work to get some money. I just use cyber engine tweaks and open the console and give myself eddies.
I played my first game with no mods or cheats. After that anything goes. I've just used it to give myself cash so far but you can do more.
I've mainly done that just so I can...
I've used cybertweak for my second character, corpo, tech, hacker, cheated in some starting eddies but that has been it.
Everything was so easy at 43 on normal I just ended it. Here is my nomad, no cheats for him.
Started with focus on assault rifles and moved to sneaking around sniping...
I was looking for a legendary hat of some sort and was very disappointed in what was out there. Hats are the worst but they need more recipes/items that look good and are useful.
I used a Samurai cap you can buy from a vendor for most of the game. It was blue and only had one slot but it looked...
My nomad rode off into the dust storm with a certain lady. I finished at 80 hours.
Was level 43 by the end and nothing could stand against me on normal. Had a few places I avoided around level 30 but otherwise things were never difficult.
In normal at least there is no high end content. Almost...
I don't often buy new games anymore. I usually wait for sales. Most of my purchases this year were DLC and expansions.
Only bought three games released this year. Cyberpunk 2077, Wasteland 3, and XCOM Chimera Squad.
Cyberpunk 2077 even with the bugs, on a pc, captures my attention and I loose...
Seems reasonable if you have planned ideas for expansions to have your artist/people who build the world continue to work on it and have it in game rather than have them sitting around doing nothing.
I know smaller companies will have people wear multiple hats, be a coder/artist/writer, but I...
Craft some green sniper rifles. It uses the lower level parts you find everywhere and get from deconstructing things. Sell for 600 a pop.
I've got thousands of components so I will sit at a vendor craft ten or twenty rifles and emptying their eddies.
Perk for auto dissemble junk gives you a small amount of xp as you pick up junk items. Also, at least for the psycho quest, on the psycho you can find items that boost your xp in a skill, like 500 xp for blades etc.
Haven't noticed if those drop anywhere else...didn't actually notice until I...
I came across a mission where I needed to pick up a car from a Russian guy who was complaining about a hit man who had a dog. "What kinda hit man has a dog?"
Few bugs for me a little over thirty hours in. Nothing game breaking.
Enjoying the game a lot. With the cost of some of the legendary...
For me most of the fun with 4 came with mods. Base is ok but the modding really helped made things better. Never had many stability issues with it myself.
Still happy with what I see even after the delays. They only thing I don't really like are the refused lyrics to chippin in, sound and energy is great but the lyrics are just wrong in my eyes. Like the older versions better.
Pretty nit picky and if that is the only problem I have with the game...
Modern shooters. I used to play shooters all the time, Tribes, Doom, Quake, Unreal etc. Wolfenstien Enemy Territory was the last one I played. Completely lost interest in the genre after that.
I played the first two but missed this one. Might have to check this out.
I do hope they do something with Age of Mythology. Some talk about a remaster or even a reboot.
Can't judge you. I bought cartel coins years ago. One of the rare games I would do that for. I generally do not support micro transactions but they were on sale and at that time was happy with the devs.
If they put out an actual expansion with more than a few hours of content I'd jump back in.
