Hey!
Just picked up a sweet deal on a HP Tape library. LTO4 Fiberchannel for $5 :) while LTO4 isn't bad, 20TB of backup capacity isn't the best and LTO5 drives are coming down in price the problem is with HP and firmware files, something they used to give away for free now requires a support...

Hey
So I was given a 6950 about a year ago that was more or less bricked, wouldn't post in anything, I suspect a bad flash. I've managed to put what I believe is the right rom (Sapphire.HD6950.2048.110322.bin) back onto it, and it is posting and being recognized by the drivers correctly in my...
Yeah I can completely agree with you that hurts as well.
We just recently switched to the tiered billing, 3Yrs ago I was paying 7.5c/Kwh flat rate, in the last 3 years the rates have increased by ~45%. so that kind of increase in a short amount of time hurts. but what really hurts is knowing...

I'm hoping someone might be able to run MonInfo http://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/moninfo.shtm on their computer, to give me the information to reprogram the edid, as well as...
If she's using snow leopard osx 10.6, format it as exFAT.
windows xp, vista and 7 all can support exFAT, (xp and vista require a patch)
large file sizes are supported without issue.
Well I cancelled my order from Dx, I also linked to this thread. I'll order myself up an Intel version from a reputable reseller to get another one.
Comparing the pictures to my "authentic" card there's only one glaring difference i can see, compare the heatsinks, the real ones have a plastic...
Could you please? I've got one on order, for 3 weeks now and it hasn't shipped. I think i'm going to cancel but i'd like to see the difference between the fake, and the real one i have sitting here.

also, chaintech in my experience is very low on the qulity side of things, ever wonder how they manged to bundle all that crap, and still beat the compatition on the price for a board?
yeah i work in a computer store here, and them demanding an error code when the hard drive goes CLICK CHUNG WIRL, is a waste of my time, so i just tell them i cant get an error code and if they'd like me to get an error code, they can come up here and show me how to get it from a really dead...
oh yeah, Ice Czar, maxtor demands you get their silly error code, otherwise they deny the rma.
funny how no other hard drive company requires this like wd or seagate. i questioned them on this once, they told me it was to lower the number of drives being returned....
