Not sure it’s even worth charging the CPU to the 9900k. Check out the video below that puts them side by side. Very close in gaming and sometimes even faster than the 9900k.
Just got my email and purchased the 3080ti FTW3 Gaming Ultra. I already have the 3080 non ti FTW3 Ultra from a step up months ago. Do you think it’s worth keeping the ti and selling the non ti?
Got this monitor early this year and it has been great. Upgraded from my Alienware 34” and haven’t looked back. Was going to go OLED however scared about burn-in so that was a no go.
I went to MC a few times after the website said they had some 3000 series cards. When I get there they don’t have them anymore. I asked the guy and he said you have to be here every morning waiting in the parking lot. They come out and tell the people they have X amount of cards and they get to...
I have never had a issue from any mining card that I have purchased. Only problem has been broken fan here and there however for $20 got new fans and replaced in 10 min. Nvidia has always been a better bet over AMD when buying used mining cards.
Put those on ebay now. They are both selling for crazy amounts. Never know when the mining ends and cards will flood eBay. Happed in 2018 after good mining only lasted Nov 2017 to Feb 2018.
I want the G9 to work so bad however don’t want to deal with issues and exchanges. I can get the G9 for about $1300 and the CX for $1100. I’m still waiting a little to decide. Want the issues figured out.
The new ones on Best Buy still say they aren’t perfect. I was just looking to get that. Holding off for now. Still have my Alienware 34” that’s holding me over.
Thanks for the reply. I’m in the same boat. I sold my Titan XP and couldn’t get a 3080 or 3090. Bought a EVGA 2080 Super Ultra FTW3 and jumped on the step up program. Looking to upgrade my display and was very interested in this screen.
I want to replace my Alienware 34” with this however I keep stopping before I pull the trigger due to being scared about burn in and these little issues you guys are going through. Last night I was readying most people were saying the new firmware and driver fixed everything however now maybe it...
I just sold my Titan XP and tried to get both the RTX 3080 and 3090 with no luck. I did just want you said. I bought a EVGA 2080 Super FTW3 Ultra last Sunday and The day I got it I register it and jumped on the step up queue. I run a alienware 34” 1440p 120hz and for the most part the 2080 Super...
It’s 4K 120hz and 8k 60hz on that tv with HDMI 2.1 so maybe a RTX 3090 would work. Then again the person that can afford this probably isn’t playing a game on it from a pc.
Are you excited about how much this will cost? Sony has a 98” 8k that cost over $70k so imagine what this will be? It will be years before 99% of the public will be able to afford something like this.
I’m getting a RTX 3080 no matter what even if the AMD card is close. They still can’t compete with the reliable drivers. Also if you can get your hands on one at launch you could always sell it for a profit If you choose to go with AMD later.
You should always be cautious when meeting strangers with any pricy items. $500 for a blower style PNY makes sense, I guess living in different parts of the USA has different costs. I should come to where you live and buy items.
Who’s going to sell you a 1080ti for only $450 then be willing to drive to your house and install it? That’s a tiny percentage of sellers if any. I sold two 1080ti on Letgo in the past two days and got $580 for one and $560 cash for the other.
