Also consider Turtle Beach's EarForce DSS for surround. I have the first-generation EarForce DSS connected to my Xbox One using an optical cable, and it outputs Dolby Digital. Drives my Sennheiser HD650 just fine.
Edit: Wanted to answer OP better...
Console / gaming headsets aren't all that...
They're pretty good with issues that crop up under warranty.
IIRC, I spoke with US-based customer support staff when I first contacted Logitech in December 2010 about my failing MX500. My most recent call regarding my G700 as of a few days ago was handled by an international call center.
No...
My situation is quite similar. The G700 was purchased at 50% off during my first interaction with Logitech US customer service back in December 2010 to replace an MX500 with soft LMB switch failure.
Just out of curiosity, when did you contact them about your MX Revolution with the double click...
Getting told I'm SOL on out of warranty support for my G700 (4.5 years), pretty miffed given that the middle click button's mechanical failure still happens with new Logitech mice. They no longer offer discounts on their products if your existing product is out of warranty and you want to stick...
I hopped on to watch them wipe a few times. Comments were something else during the stream.
Starting to play the No Land Beyond in Crucible, and find myself switching weapons after each shot like it's the AWP :/
It's not a bad game. You can bet that with the experience I've had so far, I'll be very excited for news on the sequel.
Iron Banner is back up this week, and I could use some fellow PvP fanatics to hold down objectives with. Just throwing that out there, if anyone is still playing.
I see. Ultimately I want it to just be a good personal website. One that engages the audience, and encourages them to dig around a bit, no matter how they ended up there. And it would be cool to monetize it in a non-spam fashion, something that people feel good about. I tried to do this to some...
Sorry guys, I hate to be that guy. I've been mulling the purpose of the site...
Initially I just wanted to share the petroleum engineering notes that I'd taken throughout college, and to blog a little. I wrote an article about adding bluetooth to old receivers, which got me thinking more...
Hi guys
I've been writing on my wordpress blog for the past couple of years. It's my little playground, so the content tends to range as wide as my interests do
I'd like to make my website better. I can leverage Google Analytics to help put some data behind my decision-making, but I'm...
Played the daily heroic after reset on my Warlock. It's the Black Garden mission, which is really too long for its own good, but I opted to do it for the Vex kills. Primarily used the pulse rifle "Three Little Words," one of the game's high-impact low ROF pulse rifles. 10% more damage is great...
Swordbreaker has the Hive Disruptor perk, which may make it useful in PvE. I've tried running it on Crota's End, and I've been underwhelmed. Perhaps after the shotgun PvE buff, it'll be worth keeping in the slot. Until then, Icebreaker gets a disproportionate time share no matter what content...
Anyone playing Iron Banner for the shotgun?
I'm on Xbox One. My gamertag is "yetieater az" - give me a shout if you're down for some cooperative control combat this week.
Hi guys, I play on Xbox One. I made a Destiny group called "Destiny Serious Business," which I invite you to take a look at here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/813701
I'd like to grow the group so that, well, serious Destiny players can find each other.
Also I'm curious what Bungie has...
What troubleshooting have you done so far?
Kind of obvious but.. check your connections to the board and make sure that the power switch is wired up properly
Try connecting to your rig through IPMI and see if you can toggle the power status there
I recently picked up a Supermicro X10SLL-F at Microcenter for my first DIY NAS build. I tried pairing it with the Intel Pentium G3258 (Intel Pentium 20th Anniversary Edition), thinking that it would be a robust processor. Unfortunately, this CPU didn't work with the X10SLL-F, even after updating...
As I suspected. Thank you for your input :)
I've been wondering the same. It'd be helpful to play with a well-put-together group, seeing as that's the new MF
The project funding seems to be well underway. I think that the project initiators have a green light from the market to go ahead get production of the prototypes done.
Anyone have notes on EXP/hr vs. MP for their play style? I just hopped on for the first time since the patch hit yesterday and got a handful of demonic essences. Seeing the price of Emeralds is still sky high, I am thinking to sell my best Emerald for some trading funds.
OK, no one else has suggested this, so I'll offer another method that you can use so that you get the custom ringtones that you want onto your iDevice:
Take your unprotected audio file and import it into Audacity or similar
Engineer your ringtone
Export into an audio format supported by iTunes...
If we're talking about upkeep and problem solving.. You'll like Onyx for regular maintenance. SuperDuper and Carbon Copy Cloner are both great utilities for making 1:1 backups.
I like EverNote very very much after finally using it today.
Quicksilver is very powerful, lots of functionality and...
Mother of bumps..
I discovered this today while looking for a way to make a non-Airprint compatible printer visible from the iDevices in the household.
Logitech G400 gets my vote. It's a carbon copy of the Logitech MX500, only with better skates and a hell of a sensor.
Edit: Oh nvm, that's what OP chose, and OP is happy with it.
What's bad about sound leaking out of open cans? I can understand this being a factor for consideration in a group setting, but otherwise why worry about it?
I'm running a pair of Sennheiser HD650 with a Fiio E17. I haven't had experience with many amplifiers, but I can tell the difference between my laptop's DAC and the Fiio E17. The HD650s, at 300 Ohm impedance, are on the high side for the E17. A portable solution that can also be used at the desk...
Guess this isn't advised, but I'm going to link to an external forum for you to read up on the OWC (MacSales) SSD offering: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1459847
MacRumors guys are sometimes very helpful on Mac issues, and sometimes just rampant speculators. Hopefully QC issues...
