I have the same issue with my rig on Fallout 4, 5820k @4.7 and 980Ti. I think it's more of an issue with the game engine than anything.

Sell your 670, buy used 970 then if you still want to upgrade to Pascal next year you can sell the 970 and use those funds for Pascal :cool:. The [H] FS/T forum has always been great when it comes time for upgrades.

Thanks for all the input and suggestions guys! I couldn't figure out how to use g-parted with the iso file, but Samsung's Magician program does secure erase within that. Secure erased my game drive and will make a boot usb to secure erase my main drive before I move the drives to the new rig. :)

I believe so, they should both be up to date on the firmware.

Found and downloaded the iso from gparted.org :cool: Steps 1. Make bootable usb/cd with iso image 2. Boot from that & do secure erase 3. Move SSDs to new rig and install windows upon next boot Correct? Am I missing a step or is that basically it?

Same thing at 120 and 144hz :confused: I mean I could just keep it at 60 while using the browser and then take it back up to 144hz when I play games, but there has to be a reason that this is happening if this isn't normal?

Might be because you're using hdmi as one of your inputs. On my 7970 i did dvi/dvi & third was dvi=> miniDP for eyefinity. When my 290x showed up I had to order a dvi=>DP adapter since the card didn't have any mDP slots on it. When i did dvi/dvi/hdmi all i was able to do was run extended desktop...

Have you guys been getting weird stuttering or fps drops in the Beta? I had a ton of that going on when I first tried to play this morning, then updated to 13.10v2 drivers as recommended & had good performance on a few servers, but most seem to get the fps drops. I suppose you could chalk it up...

Okay after about an hour of messing with it I finally got all monitors to turn on and get detected. I had to switch all of my connections around and restart like 30 times lol but it works. Thanks for everyone's help

I've tried both mini DP connections on the card with 3 different active dvi=>mDP adapters on all 3 monitors & the one that won't turn on is always the one that is connected to the mDP port

Tried that and no change. It's really weird because the monitor that's hooked up via mini display port works fine while booting up. I can see the bios screen, windows logo, etc but as soon as it actually gets to the desktop it shuts off.
