Love the time they are taking to make sure it is level. We had Emerson come in to install our Liebert UPS systems and they messed up on 2 Battery units next to the PDU and we cannot open the doors..

what a idiot... make sure you let them have it...leaf blow the boxes if you don't want to unrack it...they did the wood floors in our house, kicked the server room door in and that same issue happened but much worse...I wish I had a camera at the time...any damage so far?
Make sure that on all external facing network gear that you go through the list of usernames and erase any not in use actively, and if you use RSA fobs that you retrieve it and or disable it right off the bat.
We had an instance once where the usernames were forgotten by a team no longer...
If that is raised flooring i'm glad you have it! A few companies here we have visited have made the mistake of not getting it installed early, then they tear up the room after lol

Have you tried recreating your smtp connectors, trying one that is specifically for 76.96.62.117 (smtp.comcast.net) using the ip address but not the DNS name? with anonymous still off.
I agree about having a lot on the shoulders, When you have to go to the NOC and fix other tech's mistakes over and over again from wiring to install half-asses, completely effed configurations, to just smug arrogance not plugging in a wire...it starts to get to you :) especially when you have to...
The joy of lazy employees lol...the stupid part is when they are still getting the royalty of "wow he got our network running in minutes" cables shot to crap we get "F***** son clean up the network closet it is an embarrassment to our shareholders and investors!"
