Ther is already a mod on Nexusmods to restore songs removed from San Andreas. So it is probably just a matter of time before someone makes a mod to allow custom music listings. Either way, missing music or music features does not kill the game for me.
if so, there is always making my custom music list with the same songs. I have even seen clips on youtube of the advertisements on the radio from each GTA.
I also just found an article about it. GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition radio stations are missing over 20 songs. The two Michael Jackson...
Just found out about the GTA Trilogy DE and bought it today. Saw numerous other threads about it but none with a poll
While I have played them all, VC has always been my favorite. Partially because of the soundtrack. Every time I hear the song I Ran by Flock of Seagulls, this video comes to mind
50 years ago, Intel introduced the world to the first microprocessor, the Intel 4004.
The grandfather of CPUs started the computer revolution and led the way to the digital world we know today.
Without it we could still be playing board games, creating all those documents and spreadsheets by...
Strange situation here. The new system I put together, freezes once every few hours when being used casually (nothing in the event viewer). But when gaming, video encoding, or anything else that puts a load on the CPU, it has never frozen. I tested this by running some burn-in software all...
My gaming system uses two LG 27GL650F-B. I disconnected one to briefly install an OS on another system and configure for remote access. When I reconnected it, I go the Out of Range message, but still had video. Officially, the monitor supports up to 1920x1080. It now shows 4K as the...
LAN gateway IP on new ISP-provided gateway/router must remain 192.168.1.254 in order for me to retain write access to it. (I don't know why)
IP config before the new ISP gateway/router was 192.168.2.0/24. I do not want to change all the static IPs on the LAN
IP range I am trying to configure...
I know story-driven or campaigns are usually single player, but ideally (probably does not exist though) would something like the Bioshocks, Half-Lifes, and Fallouts. I'll check out Portal 2. Borderlands 2 I played a long time ago so I do not recall it. Doesn't Fallout 76 have a monthly...
This is still from my old system. OS is currently installing on the new. Then I'll be doing data transfers.
As for the 212, I have no intention of doing any OC. I'll do a burn-in and monitor the temp later. If it turns out to not be enough, a few days delaying the use is no big deal
Old Server: (Plex, Minecraft servers, VM's)
MB: Supermicro X10SLL-F
CPU: Xeon E3 1220 v3
Mem: 16GB DDR3
GPU: GeForce 210
Storage: 128GB Kingston SV300S3 SSD
Full ATX tower, Plex library was also in here (used 4 HDD) until I got a NAS
Old Game System (Built in 2013)
The plan was to RAID 0 the two 2TBs. Looking through the manual, it sounds like as long as nothing is attached via SATA (protocol or port) there will be no significant performance issue. M2A will be the OS. The two 2TB SSD would be on M2B & C. So that would be fine since they both run through...
ok, thx for the info.
These are the plans so far.
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Vermeer 8-Core 3.8 GHz
GIGABYTE X570 AORUS MASTER
ASUS GeForce RTX 2060 Overclocked 6G GDDR6
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 4000
WD BLACK SN850 NVMe M.2 2280 500GB PCI-Express 4.0 x4 3D NAND
Fans: Not sure. Depends on the case
No OC, stock settings, and cooling
Planning on an 80 Plus Gold PSU
Upgrading plans are unlikely for a long time. My current system was built in 2013 and the performance is satisfactory IMO. Even RDR2
What wattages for this equipment would you suggest? I tried some online calcs, but they all show less than 500W?
Ryzen 7 5800X
ATX X570 chipset
3x M.2 SSD
2x 16GB DDR4 4000
Any other components that should be considered as significant power usage?
Found the multi-channel normalization setting. It is already enabled. No such setting on the Roku app. Enabled loudness equalization on the systems. It made enough of a difference to not need be adjusting volume. But it could be better. Found "DTS TruDialog" it "Increases voice intensity...
It happens on my system and my wife's (both use powered external speakers), my daughter's laptop, (uses onboard speakers), and our TV (via Roku). All of which are played via Plex. I also just tested a few of the movies on VLC. Initially same issue. But under tools>effects & filters>Audio...
I have video files that have extreme volume differences during different events. Turn it up to hear the dialog then an action event comes up that annoys the neighbors. Is there a way to level out the audio or reduce it to not exceed a certain Db?
Thx all. Found one to use that still has the Windows feel but with minimal bells and whistles. Going with Google Docs to keep things simple and not involve other apps. Just stick to the browser as much as possible for an interface most people are familiar with.
During my research, I also came...
I found some old laptops that still work fine but the HDD is wiped. Both have 4GB RAM. CPUs are a Core 2 Duo T5500 and a Celeron 205. I installed the latest version of Linux Mint and it is running rather slow. Is there another flavor someone could suggest that will run Libre Office and web...
Using the Netgear as the other part of the bridge sounds like a workable plan. It has 4 1Gbps ports, and it is the NAS and those two PC's by it that need the speed. Large transfers from the other side are uncommon. The most would be for transmission to our Roku. One of those PCs by the NAS...
Here's the full story. The wire we ran from the router to the switch is frayed. So we need to switch back to the original wifi configuration we had. Both my wife and I are disabled and unable to run the cable the way we did when I was not disabled. Completely along the floor is not an...
New question. If I install WiFi adaptors in each system to make everything wireless, is there a way to make the NAS WiFi? Obviously, run a cable to a device that will convert the wired to wireless. Is there such a device?
We are planning to implement a wifi bridge across our house. We once had one setup when 802.11g was the fastest, but when we got internet >50Mbps down, we switch to the cable. Now that there are WiFi speeds beyond 1Gb/s, we are getting rid of the cable and going to a bridge again.
I have a chosen software for video/audio conversion and video URL downloading. I am opening more space on my HDD. I need software that can convert audio formats to .mp3 @ 128 kbps. I have a lot that are .flac or .mp3 @ 320 kbps.
The key setting I need is to be able to take the whole folder...
I received the chair below for Christmas, the seat is wide enough, but lower parts that jut forward from the back are squeezing my lower torso when I lean back.
Yitahome gaming chair
Could anyone suggest one with a wider back and/or the sides don't stick out as much?
This is my old chair.
