Thank you 100x!
720p and 1080p videos load like they should, its such a relief now that it works. Whats really odd is the poor driver support from Asus and how I lucked out two times in a row.
anyways compare the results, its much faster now too.
Yes that's why this issue makes no logical sense, before I upgraded my vista 64 computer with the dlink wificard and router had a perfect internet connection just as if it were plugged into ethernet 720p videos loaded without a hassle and 1080p most of the time with little buffer.
Now when I...
UPDATE: I don't know what to do, I bought an Asus pci-e wifi card compatible with windows 7, I get 5 bars and videos take a while to load. I can't be the only one in this earth experiencing this right now anyone?
Its not letting me update the drivers, whenever I select the folder with the new drivers it says "windows has determined that the driver software for your device is up to date." If I uninstall it the device disappears from the list and as soon as it comes up again windows already put its own...
I brought the computer downstairs and plugged in an ethernet straight into the router and 1080p videos load instantly, all the network issues I previously had are gone.
This narrows it down to the d-link g550 wifi card having some sort of issues, it used to work great on vista 64 but for some...
I checked all the update today, got Windows Security Essentials and went to the adapter properties. Can you tell me more what to look for in the encryption part? I think the card is running at 54 mbps because that's what the router is telling me its connected as.
I just recently upgraded two months ago so hardware shouldn't be an issue?
asrock z68 extreme 4 gen 3
HD 6870 with Catalyst drivers from june
I can go to an older computer next to the wifi router and youtube HD videos load no problem so I don't think its an...
Hi guys, I upgraded from Vista 64 bit to Win 7 64bit and one of the first things I've noticed was that youtube videos take forever to load, I use to stream on 720p videos in realtime but now even 360p can struggle to load, 480p videos you have to pause for 30 seconds. Oddly, speedtest indicate...
A friend of mine gave me his old computer that one day stopped working, he's got a newer one now. He told me if I could fix it I could keep it.
Now that the computer is fixed (replaced the bad hard drive) I'm wondering if I could install Windows 7 on the computer (I don't have a Win 7 install...
My 8800 ultra is having problems again. I baked it more than half a year ago and was working well until this week, I baked it 3 more times and the video glitches wont go. I have a HD 6870 due in the mail soon tho :D
That would have been a nice card, it just so happens I fell in love with this 4850 and ordered it yesterday.
In comparison they both are similar, each has a single vga, hdmi and dvi.
sorry about that,
PSU is a Thermaltake 430W
the amps it can pull are 28-30A (on the sticker)
Pentium D 2.8Ghz
2Gb of ram 533Mhz
I like that ATI a lot, nice price too. But I wonder if my 430W can run it, any ideas?
I need some help finding a graphics card. I have a dual core computer with no graphics card but with a decent 450watt psu and one 6-pin pcie plug.
What do you guys think is the fastest graphics card that this psu can run? All the new ones require 2 6-pins or a 500 watt psu and its troubling me.
I'm now looking for my 4Gb flash drive that stopped working a year ago. I swear its hiding from me, it think its afraid from being sent to the gas chamber to be baked. LOL
edit: baked it for 10 minutes at 380F and let it cool, the light turns on the flash drive but windows still doesn't detect...
Pirates will offer a better version of ubisoft games, an actual offline version, the catch? Even people who bought the game will have an incentive to pirate the game and just use ubisoft's online system to play multiplayer.
Did they mention you can download their games online? If not they're...
Hey guys my 2 year old Klipsch promedia died today. I was playing around with the volume knob trying to find an even volume then suddenly no more sound.
The green led light doesn't turn on, and the 2 fuses outside and inside the panel are intact. Nothing seems melted. What could it be?
A few days ago my viewsonic va1912wb LCD stopped working, when I try to turn it on I see grey lines momentarily then fades to black, the button menus don't show either.
Did anyone have success with lcd monitors in the oven?
My 8800 ultra has had artifacts for the past 2 days, too bad I really wanted to play the avp demo. Well I gave the oven treatment to my graphics card, right now its cooling. Can't wait to try it out and post the results!
