Here's a few more pics of the setup at different angles and lighting effects.
I created a frame for the acoustic foam and used a router to hide the LED strips behind it, looks much cleaner this way only having the ambient light.
Let me know what you guys think.

I'll break down my initial thoughts and process of setting up the monitor below.
Overall I'm not as impressed as I thought I would be, mostly due to all the hype up. But don't get me wrong it's still a great monitor and has the best contrast and color depth I've seen, even better then the Acer...
I'll have my 24" here on November 1st!
Can't wait to see how it compares to the below monitors I've been spending hours on getting just the right tune on them and testing them in game.
I'm a casual gamer, but play at a pro level, I hold a 1000-1200spm w/ a ~3.0kdr in Battlefield games...
Played a few rounds with Ravic and Mus1CK. I never understood how Ravic can stay up so long, one the of best Infantry players I've seen!
I wish I had his map awareness. Still took 1st tho :)
MG15 is beast mode @ 9min...
Just buy it, I see myself playing this often, it's a good break from the competitive scene of BF4.
I've seen a few hackers get banned already, but haven't personally experienced one in my 15hrs of gameplay.
I'm loving this game! I consider this a casual fun fast paced objective based...
Been testing out some new displays the last few weeks.
Acer XB271HU - 1440p - IPS
Asus MG279Q - 1440p - IPS
Benq XL2730Z - 1440p - TN
Benq XL2720Z - 1080p - TN
Benq XL2430T - 1080p - TN
The 24" XL2430T is the winner for me! (money isn't a factor in this decision)
I'm not a casual gamer, but...
Thanks man! I love this case also, it's got such amazing air flow the way I have it setup.

New patch is actually pretty nice. Seems pretty balanced now, I'm back to using the DLT19 w/ Explosive. Seems to be the best setup since the SE14 and EE3 are nerfed now.
Also since bowcaster is super nerfed the pulse cannon is where it's at. I used it last night, was very fun.
Thnx man, Ya I didn't realize how old UV style is, seems like everyone nowadays just uses white/blue/red or just no LEDs at all... I was really big into UV back in 2006, guess I never out grew it, I'm 33yrs old now lol.
Stopped by the local plastics shop and saw they had a piece of scrap 2069 transparent blue cast acrylic that would fit my case, tossed on some earth magnets and slapped it on. I really like the clarity this has, it lowered the overall brightness just a little bit and increases the UV of the...
I love my Sea Hawk, I got it for $738 on amazon, hits 1500mhz with only +13mV, lil fan on the card stays at 33% which is pretty much silent and I've got a couple 120's in a push/pull at low rpm keeping the card at 23-25c idle and 50-55c load...
I really like the look of the Sea Hawk over the...
Asus Essence STX
Philips Fidelio X2 - awesome well balanced headphones, big sound stage, good for gaming, very good comfort. I can see everyone enjoying these. Will have some driver pop from over excursion w/ heavy bass, can't be played that loud.
I'm running mine at email@example.com...
Core Voltage: +15mV
Power Limit: 107%
Core Clock: +82
Temps: idle @ 23-25c and load @ 50-55c using a low rpm push/pull setup.
All 20 of my case fans are running @ the lowest rpm possible. I originally struggled with the loudness of...
Case is sitting on (4) large sofa feet. Used a 8ft $30 door from home Depot as a table that I painted w/ Black lacquer, it's ankered to the wall on one side and other side uses a ikea bookshelf. Turned out to be an awesome strong workspace, it's very smooth feeling and I like resting my arms on...
I still find the game to be just as entertaining as it was on release day after 16,400 kills and 93hrs later (1 kill every 20 seconds :))
I don't get bored at all with the game and all I do is ground pound and play the objective FTW. Not sure why people get so bored with this game, I'm...
