Totally aware of that but once again I'm not touting a 24/7 stable OC as I know for a fact that this isn't whether due to thermal limitations or voltages. P95 is great but since I will never see an all thread AVX load of that nature I don't see the point in running a small FFT test for hours and...
I get the same voltages in R20 as I do small FFT P95. R20 uses AVX as well. I just don't want to run any more P95 passes until I get my higher rpm fan for the cpu cooler to see if I can tame the temps.
4.4Ghz hit on 1.25v (1.3125v bios) hitting a toasty 90c in r15. I made a single pass of r15 on 1.238v (1.3v bios) but crashed subsequently after. Not sure if this is a 24/7 passable and I wont be testing it unfortunately since I'm pretty thermally constrained at this point. Now I kinda don't...
Yeah bought it a month ago. Looks like AMD has really gotten the manufacturing process together then.
Auto OC for me seems to overvolt the chip. My ITX cooler can't really handle that TDP so I locked the voltage and tried to see how high I could go.
Ran a few tests on a new build I'm working on for a friend and I managed to push my 3700x to 4.3GHz all core @ 1.238v (1.3v bios w/ vdroop). I haven't seen much binning info on the silicon quality of 3700x's and I want to know if this is normal or if my voltage is particularly low.
It's g-sync compatible and 144hz non OC which means you could push it, haven't tried on mine yet
Yeah I know it's not a deal but I saw a few people posting WTB's on ultrawides like this and I wanted to help out -- its sold out too everywhere but somehow I got my hands on one
Not exactly a DEAL per se but for those seeking a hard to find monitor like this, I ordered it "backordered" last week and it just shipped - coming in tomorrow.
With these soulless scalpers everywhere, not until after the coronavirus since production is probably taking a big hit. I've been trying to upgrade but all the x570 boards are like 150%-200% above msrp rn.

Just got my rift S yesterday last week from Best Buy after three weeks of trying!
My experience using stock trackers:
StockInformer - works for Amazon Walmart and Newegg
NowInStock - doesn't work for anything
Zoolert - works for Amazon and BestBuy (used...
I have a g29 that I picked up for about the same price used w/ shifter. Killer wheel and you won't get anything better for the price. Personally suggest you get one of these if you are new to sim racing. Also you can do cheap pedal mods for better brake feel and with a rubber band you can get...
"LG 34UM69G-B 34-Inch 21:9 UltraWide IPS Monitor with 1ms Motion Blur Reduction and FreeSync"
Found it on Amazon. I just picked it up to check it out. 200 for an ultrawide IPS isn't bad imo. 5ms GTG response time but apparently...
Fry's price match is a joke. I was there for an hour just so the could verify a tigerdirect price and I don't think they will match microcenter because they don't match things with limits ie. microcenter's limit one per household.
The new Intel Haswell 4770k CPU based on some benchmarks perform slightly faster than the 3770k. Is it worth it to upgrade my 3770k to a 4770k? How much do you think my trusty 3770k is worth? (email@example.com)
Personally anything about 70C makes me uncomfortable but it shouldn't damage the card if you not at 70C+ 24/7. I cool mine with an H60 50 bucks can cool your card quite well if you fear too high temps.
I have two gtx 680s running windows 8 totally fine. Take out the video card and completely uninstall the nvidia drivers then reinstall. May sound too easy but try it it works most of the time. If you don't have onboard you can try to uninstall the drivers with the 680 still attached.
