Looks like the 9700K runs hot as well. Would my current heatsink be good enough?

It's in a Corsair 380T. The airflow goes straight through, front-to-back:
Ignore the part where it shows a radiator...
I just didn't illustrate it, but the 1080ti has a reference style blower and it exhausts heat out the back. I was mostly concerned about the stick of RAM behind the first one. Doesn't the first stick block airflow to the stick directly behind it?
Right now, I have airflow going straight through the case to cool the CPU / HSF. If I add a fan on the side of the case, blowing at the RAM (green rectangle):
Would adding this "cross-flow" negatively impact CPU temps.?
SilverStone has a "skyscraper" type case I think. Not a fan with one reason being that I like to place my ITX case on my desk and having the "front" ports all the way up top makes them inconvenient to use. They normally look kind of odd as well.
Another thing I forgot to mention in the OP; I normally run the computer long periods of time (it can be on for weeks between shut-downs). I'm guessing an air-cooler would be better in that use case.
I was able to find the Silver Arrow ITX-R at Amazon UK and ordered from there. Thermalright's...
All of the fans currently are Corsair ML120's.
I could replace the Thermalright with a Corsair H100i Pro. with four fans (push /pull), but with that radiator mounting on the side of the case, should its four fans be pulling air out of the case or drawing air into the case?
I'd still have that...
My motherboard AND CPU fried this past week. Going to replace with a Z390 board + 9900K.
Looks like the 9900K runs hot. Would my current heatsink be good enough?

The Matebook X Pro. is great, especially at its price point. To get a XPS13 with 16GB of RAM and an i7 you pay at least $400 more and the only thing it has over the MBX Pro. is Windows Hello via its IR camera and possibly more lanes to its Thunderbolt ports.
The finish is another point. I...
Get the Matebook X Pro. from the Microsoft Store with the PerformanceGuard warranty. They'll take care of you at the store instead of having to deal with phone support or Huawei directly. It's very much like taking an Apple product to the Apple store for support.
So in a couple of reviews I've read of the Samsung 970 Pro., there were mentions of the label on the drive having an embedded copper strip to aid in cooling the drive. I've peeled up the entire label and do not see any metal embedded in it.
Did Samsung stop using those "cooling" labels on...
I found this one:
but most of the reviews I see are from ~April - May last year.
Amazon's had it since September 2017:
The newer LG is also "HDR" and is 75Hz native.
Looked at some 4k offerings today and didn't find anything that would be very practical in my usage. I think these ultra-wides would suit me better.
Was either going to upgrade my PC this year or replace my monitors. I've decided to wait on upgrading the PC until AMD and Intel release CPUs...
I'm looking to replace my dual 24" 1920x1080 monitors with a single 38" monitor. These are the two models I'm trying to choose from:
