Got a Asus prebuilt today with a 3080 for $2000. I was planning on upgrading my whole system anyway, but wanted an AMD processor. Need to figure out if I should try to sell this 11700 system without the GPU or just keep all of the parts as my new build.
I was at MC last week specifically looking to see if they had any 48” CXs in stock, saw that had 5 refurbs for the $999 price and decided to think about it (planning on doing a new build in May, don’t think my 970 could drive a 4K display).
24 hours later it was on SlickDeals and I’m regretting...
I still use a couple of these. From what I recall it was a barebones shell for the Apple retina panel of the day.
only downsides are limited to 60hz refresh rate and thick bezels.
I’m thinking about getting a 48CX for my office, but don’t have the option of going on a stand behind the desk. Would 36” be too close? What’s the optimal viewing distance for a 48” screen?
Also, what’s a good price for those? I see Costco.com has these for $1450, but the 55” in store is 1400...
I have an ios game (Splendor) that started crashing to desktop every time I open it.
I restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and deleted all the app data, but it still crashes every time I open it. It works fine on my wife’s phone and there’s nothing about iOS incompatibility...
I just got a new laptop and installed VLC media player, but when I play mp3s through VLC it sounds terrible: compression artifacts, no highs, no bass. If I play the same file in Windows Media Player its fine. Standard VBR mp3 files.
Any ideas? Windows 10 Pro, Xeon E2286M, 64 GB RAM.
More CoolerMaster ATC supremacy.
I just went to NewEgg to see when I bought it and I've been putting new builds in this since 2002. 17 years and its still solid as a rock, just wish I had managed to hang onto the original black drive bay covers. Anyone know where to find something that would...
I'm trying to hook up my work laptop to one of my Monoprice Zero-G 27" monitors for easy switching between the laptop and my desktop.
The monitor has two inputs, a dual-link DVI and a VGA. With the DVI taken up by my desktop, that leaves me with the VGA.
My laptop only has standard...
Anyone have a way to install this on a VZW GNexus? Googling turns up conflicting results on whether or not it's supposed to work from several months ago, and going directly to the Google Play link just gives the message that it's not available on this phone/carrier.
My Verizon upgrade is available on the 10th, and I've been looking to get a Galaxy Nexus.
Is there anything coming out soon (within a month or so) that would make me regret getting this phone now instead of waiting?
