Pascal is one of the new languages I know :)
My first is Applesoft Basic - did you know it was developed by Microsoft?
Then I learned a little Fortran. Pascal, and about 15 years ago an intro to c class.
So ya old shit. :) Either me or the language - either way.
Pascal is kinda like basic -...
Been some years since I have coded.
Looking for a real simple compiler/editor, one where I can start typing away and hit compile/run.
Hoping I dont need to go so far back as UCSD Pascal on my apple 2 to find something clean and easy.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Will they support Free Sync?
Given the difficulties purchasing Nvidia and AMD GPUs if these have 1/2-way decent rendering speed and the drivers dont suck then they will sell like the proverbial hot cakes - provided, of course, that Intel has the supply lines to get needed key parts.
Hoping this is the right space to post.
I picked up a //c and //gs to put back together and get working for the fun of it.
I am at the point where I am looking for software. Anyone know a good site for finding images I can download and put on 5.25/3.5 disks?
I am also interested in 32mb...
By selling miner cards as compute only NV will make a profit there by increasing over all sales/profitability and in theory maybe even allow the price of current gen NV cards to go down....... well ok this is NV prices wont go down, it is possible it could slow down how fast NV has...
I am starting to wonder how long till a PCIE Quantum Accelerator is on the market? Compatible with x86/64, ARM, Win, Linux, Mac OS Etc.
I am also wondering how long till [H] style custom machines have both types of CPU sockets.
To avoid confusion I am hoping to use it with an Apple //gs I am working on as a hobby. I can get a cable that will connect the //gs video to VGA.
Having done a few searches and finding sync modes typically arnt listed I am hoping one of the many experts here will know a good, and not horribly...
It would be awesome if Microsoft released Windows for ARM/M1 that people can install.
Dont get me wrong I think Mac OS is pretty slick and has a lot going for it, it would be nice if dual boot or even just Windows boot were enabled. With x86 emulation this could allow Apple to jump into a much...
Mostly play games. Some light excel/word use, web browse, Netflix/Amazon Prime so decoding streaming video at 4k HDR faster would be nice. Not that my system seems to have issues with that as it is.
I'd like to get a VR headset - maybe next quarter with my next bonus.
Desktop gaming is a huge topic for me as well.
Native windows and some more expandability would make the system a whole lot more attractive for me.
It is very nice to see improvements in technology and the M1 certainly seems to be worthy of praise. I would really like to see how well it...
Isnt DLSS limited to a pretty short list of titles? Only 1 of which is a game I am playing. As I recall NV needs to train the AI for DLSS and they dont seem to be in a hurry with what I mostly play.
I have also read AMD is working on something equivalent to DLSS until that is out we wont know...
Thank you for the information. What specifically would be the issue(s).
How are you plugged into the monitors? I am guessing display port. Not an option for me sadly, my monitors only have HDMI, if I want freesync I'll have to go AMD.
