    Yeah, instant heat issues are not enough cooling, not airflow issue .. or possibly poor seating / TIM not doing it's job. But if it's been doing sense first startup on new system is cooler. I agree, as long as it keeps CPU cool with your daily tasks it's cooling fine.

    I agree, 4x fans might be too much on single fan header. A fan rated 0.20A can and do draw 3-6 times that 0.6-1.2A) at startup or if something stops impeller from turning.
