Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Cherry MX Blue
Just saw this added to their catalog when searching for a mech keyboard. Its way cheaper than their reds or blacks. I wonder if it's the same brand, or provider as the others. Do different colors really vary in price like this? Nonetheless seems to...
If I were, you I would directly create a review on Resellerratings.com
This system tends to turn heads especially with a low number of ratings that xoticpc.com has.
I'm sure they'll do anything to get your rating up so post there!
If only Apple did this for all the people that are trying to connect Macbooks to old archaic TVs with only composite inputs. My faith in humanity will increase.
Yup, all these device adapters will eat up CPU like crazy, especially if you're trying to watch a 1080p video. Also you have an older core2duo so that might be the cause as well. I would try to get the latest drivers for better optimization. If its a chip made by displaylink I would check their...
Or I also have the option of selling the powercolor 4830 and just sticking with the 4870 since it can hold its own. What do you guys think?
(who wants to buy a 4830? :p)
Hey guys I was impatient about buying a videocard and didn't wait for deals so I went ahead and bought a powercolor 4830 vid card.
Now this stupid Asus 4870 went on sale for $104 so i bit since I was planning to cf another 4830 with it anyway.
What I'm wondering is will a 4830 cf with a...
My drive is playing with me. The clicking seems less, maybe it starts clicking at a certain temp and if i keep it cool maybe it'll run normal? It's at 46c right now.
It's weird, I just got the drive though so I'll see how long it'll last, I've already backed up all my data so I'm in he clear...
I was lucky(unlucky?) enough to get one of those 80$ 1.5TB Seagate HD from dell couple of days ago. I haven't really used it much, I built a new system just 2 days ago and with a new OS install, used HD tune to check the disk and it was fine.
Well next I transferred like 500gb of data to it...
It's a safety mechanism because the card doesn't know the exact temps the card will have on startup. Once it figures out that the temps are ok then it'll throttle down.
It's for people that live in a volcano and their ambients are molten lava.
Anyways you wouldn't want your card to fry at...
So yeah guys, I bought a q9300 knowing that I won't push this baby 3.5ghz cuz of my current mobo(ip35-e). But I was wondering will motherboards later be able to push the fsb past that?
Because right now I got the q6600 from frys which is 190$ vs the 230$ q9300 from moogr and I don't know...
Anybody else got a refund for this baby?
Since they only sent me one I complained but I needed to do some extra stuff like fax over a letter and stuff with my signature explaining the mishap.
I alraedy put the drive in my comp so I didn't want to take it off and return it so I shrugged it...
Compared to the OM Soyo this thing sucks.
I bought one and wanted to have a dual setup with the soyo just so I can have hdmi inputs but oh man.
Compared to the Soyo some of the darker colors are way too dark that they blend in together, there's screendoor effect on the top right of the...
