    Just undervolt your card, i have a 4090 laptop that uses 150-175W , it runs 125-150W undervolted. just a shell out a few more bucks and get a decent 4080 laptop and be done with it for a while. a 4060 can game really well at 1080p and likely better than a 4070

    13900k "low" Cinebench R23 performance

    RIght now im at 5.5 7p core 5.3 1 p core 4.3 12 E cores and 4.1 4 ecores and i get about 40k multicore performance with 270w power draw, drop your voltages a bit and see if you can get stable and lower temps, score should jump
