    I use use the stock HDR setting, Windows HDR, then set SDR to HDR brightness to 10. I use mpv player which does great SDR to HDR tonemapping on videos.

    Windows 11 Dev Channel Build Updater auto-updated my NVIDIA driver to 510.10, which disabled RGB 4:4:4 (It selected 4:2:2 by default). I had to rollback to 471.96 to get RGB 4:4:4 back.

    I get full RGB 4:4:4 120Hz HDR from my RTX 3090, but only get RGB 4:4:4 60Hz HDR on my PS5 (I can also use 4:2:0 120Hz, but don't want chroma subsampling). Supposedly, this is because the PS5 doesn't support DSC, and the HDMI 2.1 ports from the FO48U can only do around 24 gbps without it.

    I saw another instance, this time in an HDR Youtube video: The flicker happens around the 1:27 mark, but it only occurs for sure if you watch from the start.
