OK, I have run a single Dell 2412m for years. Added a second, and the second monitor has a blue-green tint to it. (Both are 2412m's)

Would it make more sense to build a brand new x99 system with a 5820k such as:
700w gold/plat psu
SSD's for OS/Storage
Purchase something like a used dell t5500 with 2x Xeon x5670 cpu's and a crap ton of ram, also with SSD's.
I need a (hopefully) sub 50$ PSU for a HTPC. Will have a dual core celeron s1155 processor, 8gb ram, a dvd drive, an SSD, a spinner, and a nvidia gt 730 (total system draw under load likely sub 150 watts, but I'd like 250w or better.

Gtx 970's aren't really available used yet, but can be had for 330$. Would it be...
I have a Galaxy GTX 680, and finally decided to push it a bit.
Is that decent? Stayed boosted to 1319Mhz core for 95% of the benchmark, and dropped a bin or two down when it hit 72c (fan was maxed out @ 85% with MSI Afterburner).
System is: i7 2700k...
Ordered a second for some x-fire action. Turns out I don't need the performance, but I had fun for a few hours!
Here's the weird thing though, second card had no VRM heatsink at all (Powercolor MYST+)
The first card did.
new card: was benching @ 1175/1575, VRM's were hitting 100c...
They all claim to have great warranties, some even lifetime, but seriously, when it comes down to finding a customer service person and getting your product replaced, who's the leader here? Is there a website that tracks this at all? Does anybody have some...
