Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Electric cars from more than 100 years ago at this point are mentionable only on a technicality and are farcical to include with your luddite rant. The newer electric cars are a lot more competitive with the fuel swilling models. The first electric cars were quickly outmoded by the fuel swillers.
We put a 7900x3d in a htpc but it was loud to cool with an air cooler so we did 1)360 aio and 2)9800x3d but it's in a sff build and my fingers are huge so I pawned it off on the local shop to do. His son spent 5 hours on it to get all the wires to fit without hitting the fans but it works great...
That's why I bought qd oled 32" from micro center last month. It's text doesn't bother my eyeballs and it's great for gaming, movies, et al. and a 43" won't fit where I like to have my chair in a corner of U shaped desk with the long side against the the window so I can see outside if my dogs...
I disagree, there were good flight models like falcon 4.0 prior to that if memory isn't faulty rn. I don't remember any wheeled vehicles from hl2 but I do remember the airboat and it not handling like airboats handle.
I have 5 of these in 4TB nasware 4.0 flavor and got nervous when they turned 10 years old and built a new rig with 12TB wd golds x13 in 2022. If anyone needs them I could scrub 'em and ship em.
I should have elaborated but I meant you can pick different temperature sensors to set fan curves by in the uefi a la GPU, mobo vrm, CPU, etc temperatures.
My central air with the shortest run of the upstairs hvac system blows cool air at the modules in the Spring, Summer, and most of the Fall. I turn the vent off in the Winter and run a fan.
Entropy wins always wins so you should think about maybe not insulating your son against change too much lest he be even more ill-equipped to handle it after you are dead.
I just use the silverstone 1 to 8 fan splitters with a sata power connector and a 4 pin for signaling off the motherboard but this works best with identical fans per splitter.
We have solar to charge our electric cars and cook with an electric kitchen and do electric laundry when it's sunny for free, and also to run all the computer stuff for free most of the time.
I bought a console because it's hard to get a pc case with 5.25 bays these days if you need a case pronto. we use it to play 4k blurays and for guests.
You could store them in mylar bags if moisture if a concern. My attic can be 99% rh sometimes and it didn't seem to matter. They sit on the wood floor and besides dusting never have required maintenance. I wouldn't store guns like I store these monitors but these are cheap monitors that we use...
I haven't had any black screen issues with 4080s in a x570 system and a b650 w/o any niggles. I am familiar with these issues with generations of nvidia cards past but some of it was due to crappy monitors and cables too.
