Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I bought Starfield on Steam for two reasons. The first of which is that I knew I'd get enough hours in the ship builder alone to be worth the price of admission. Meaning that I would save money by buying it over keeping Game Pass going for months on end for that one title. The second reason is...
I played Destiny 2 quite a lot there from Forsaken to the Witch Queen expansion. I've never really forgiven them for their sunsetting of the PvP pinnacle weapons and some other stupid shit they did. I haven't touched the game in nearly three years now and I don't miss it.
I thought Doom 3 was decent enough the one time I played it. Though the constant jump scares were pretty lame. It's the kind of game that works the first time you play it but doesn't really have any replay value in my opinion. I prefer Doom being a more action oriented game as it was originally...
Day one sales were reportedly strong (though the actual numbers for this have never been released (wonder why?) and you are skipping key metrics because nuance is completely lost on you. The fact is, pre-orders were practically non-existent for AC Shadows and the sales fell off a cliff once...
I actually did this with Starfield. I played it on Gamepass not knowing if I'd like it or not. I ended up liking the ship builder enough to buy the game. The main reason I did that is to just get the game, and stop paying for Gamepass. I'm not a fan of monthly service fees. Normally I wouldn't...
You have absolutely zero basis to call me a racist. But that's the playbook you woke types always pull from. You can't engage in intelligent discussions or debate with any intellectual honesty so you react by calling people names and hiding behind name calling. Your viewpoint is so myopic that...
I need to dig up the PR statement from Ubisoft. YouTubers were reporting on it yesterday and even included screenshots of the release.
Ubisoft. The earnings call stuff should be on their website in a couple of days or so. It was the same way with the EA call last quarter. What was said on the...
I don't know. I'll look into it more later when I'm not working. The 2.4 million number is a generous estimate. We do have concrete numbers for PS5 and PC. They mentioned XBOX sales were worse than the other two platforms, so a high estimate would put the XBOX numbers at just behind the Steam...
You need to understand that every single word of a PR release from a floundering company like this is chosen extremely carefully and vetted by the legal department. Consumer spending could very well refer to something as individual customers spending more on Shadows than they did Valhalla which...
I had to look them up. I've never heard of them. After looking at them and the original model for Eve, I'll take the person Eve is based on every time. (Not that the Korean chicks are ugly or anything, I just like larger breasts.)
I'm showing the game's only using 10GB on my 5090. Running everything on Ultra-Nightmare settings wise and with DLSS and 2x frame generation its getting around 200FPS. I've seen it hit the 240FPS range and go as low as 170 or so. I'm going to try using DLAA later and see how that goes.
I've got around 10K. I hadn't touched it in three years and came back to around 17,000 coins. I spent almost all of them at that time. It's been over a year since I really played it. I used to play the game pretty hardcore. But now I just come back once in awhile, play through some story content...
Cyberpunk 2077
Grand Theft Auto V (You should have the enhanced edition available if you have it on Steam.)
Those are the only two games on that list I've played. Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2, Elden Ring and Fallout 4 are all top choices among many people. I'd go with one of those for the third...
I'm only about two hours into the game but so far I'm enjoying it. Ammunition economy is a lot better. Though its not like it was in the Doom games of old, the melee hits are actually effective which makes them less painful to use. Shield is kind of OP though. But given the way the game plays...
I got confused with the Doom Dark Ages thread. My bad on that. Yes, Stellar Blade is 3rd person. Even so, I will be using a mouse and keyboard. Unless it proves to be a total shit show like the first Jedi Fallen Order game in which case I may relent and use a controller for that. Otherwise...
I had some issues with my ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Extreme and the Intel NIC. I ended up going down a rabbit hole with firmware updates and what not. I finally got it resolved and its been solid for almost five years now. Barring the i225V/i226V nonsense, Intel is still pretty good when it comes to...
This is a fantastic point. There is a reason why the free to play model is a viable business model for live service games like MMO's and looter shooters. Cosmetics are even viable in games where you primarily play in first person like Destiny 2. Though you do see your character in the inventory...
I don't buy top end hardware to play games that are several years old and in the bargain bin. In truth, I don't buy that many games compared to most people. I tend to be super picky about what I like. If I like a game, I'll play the shit out of it. That's why I have between 700 and 4,000 hours...
I never said that attractive character design beat gameplay. You act as though most gamers don't care about how attractive characters are or how appealing their designs are. Which is patently false.
I wasn't going to provide you every source or poll ever conducted on the matter. A very quick Google search will show plenty of examples for you. Is a quarter million people better? Capcom did one of their own.
Denying reality until the end I see.

This comes up all the time in study's and in polls. Gamer's overwhelmingly disagree with your assessment. You even cite escapism as the reason they don't care. Ironically, that's precisely...
Someone buying one game with a scantily clad female protagonist doesn't mean that's their main prerequisite for buying a game.
Most characters are designed to be appealing. That doesn't necessarily mean that most characters are designed to be sexually provocative.
I'm actually interested in the game and always have been. I simply wasn't going to buy a Playstation to play it. If I don't like it, the game annoys libtards. It's a nice bonus either way.
