Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
This is why I bought mine from Costco. Same price, and since I have a Costco nearby, it is easy to return it if there are any issues. I really don't want to be dealing with issues on a monitor of this size.
Additionally, one thing people may not know is that Costco has a fantastic policy on...
Enermax power supplies rate well on HardOCP and are the only Enermax product I would buy without hands-on experience. If i win a case I will definitely build with it!
A couple years ago this site recommended the XFX 850 as one of the options to power my GTX 470's in NVSurround and I have been very pleased. Two years of heavy usage for gaming and video/audio editing...not even a blip in power.
[H] has yet to disappoint with a PSU review.
Do not have a release date yet but I have seen them and they are pretty sweet. Since they were at CES I do not think it will be too long before they are available.
Yes, this was one of the primary considerations in the original design. NZXT wanted flexibility and easy modding for rads on top/front/bottom configs. You see this in some of the details like the removable top plate, the removable HDD bays, and screws instead of rivets on much of the main framing.
If you have a voodoo2 that runs non-Matrox triple monitors on a single card, then you could probably get $50k for it.
While it has some flaws, this card will do something that we have been requesting from Nvidia cards for years. I agree with the argument that the 7970 appears to do it...
If a "deal" gets us, the consumer, amazing tech that we have been asking for, then pass me the Koolaid.
Shame on Asus, EVGA, MSI and all the rest for shamefully sitting on the sidelines for so long. I have been running Galaxy SLI for a year an a half of Hardcore gaming with 0 issues. When I...
I have purchased about half a dozen NZXT products over the last few years and have always been pleased. I have noticed an increase in quality and options as they grow as a company.
Kyle, as always, an excellent review. Hardocp and Johnnyguru are the only sites I trust when it comes to psu...
They ran out of Malwarebytes from one distributor and switched to another. Something got lost in translation. Just call customer service and they will fix it...only took me like 2 minutes to have them reorder.
"Who would be retarded enough to pay $20 for a mousepad? Mousepads are free!"
That's what I thought for a couple years every time I saw this thread. However, last week it was time to retire my old mouse and replace it with a G9x, so I thought "to hell with it" and placed the order.
Received...
RMA on these is a pain because Samsung treats them as OEM, but they are very fast for mechanical drives. I have had 8 of these for a year and am very pleased with them.
Really the best mechanical value out there.
Sweet OC on this board. I will be looking at getting one when they fix the software. I really appreciate you guys banging your heads on these products and finding the issues so I do not have to. Thanks.
I am posting this here and on [H]ot Deals because I think this is a more relevant forum.
Use code EMCKAHH52 until 9/28.

It gets a +1 from me just because anything with "Cougar" in it sparks my interest. :D
Good review too. 900W Gold seems to fall in between a few different markets, so I am not sure how well this will sell. Every time I read one of these reviews I learn something new about the psu...
Best review EVER for that thing was by Bill Owen. When he used it to try and trap a Raccoon I had tears in my eyes.

Neither setup would run Metro 2033 at the proper res.
All in all, i think they gave a pretty good review. the bottom line was that the 580MSli was faster and the 6990M xfire was close, but much cheaper. Never heard that before right? ;-)
Anyway, both cards put up very impressive...
Interesting Tom's article comparing the graphics results of these two behemoths:

The tests I will be most interested in are the [H] gaming benchmarks. 8 cores will be cool, but not sure how that will translate into gaming performance.
Some warm deals on the newegg.com 24 hour sale, but if you scroll all the way to the bottom you will see a link for 25% off of Lian Li Cases + free shipping on some...
On a recent Newegg purchase I saw the flier for Newegg's trade-in program for old tech. I checked out a few items I had laying around and the prices seemed pretty good.
Has anyone used this program?
