To me it seems a bit underwhelming, however a good step in the right direction. I'd prefer normal support for a ATX or SFX PSU rather than a custom...
Sorry, I meant that the M1 fit it without any complaints. For the SG05 to fit some of the bigger cards a trick people use is to cut a hole behind the front panel, big enough to push the card through. That way you can get the full length without having to try to cram it in from the side. Then...
I ordered 100 of the clips from Baron, they should be here next week. Since I ordered so many, the price per unit is much smaller than if you ordered 5 or so by yourself.
I'll be reselling the clips to members in the US who would like to save some money, just PM me if you are interested.
Xotic PC sells a version of the ASRock M8 chassis:

That is if you're looking for the really small form factor. They also have EVGA Hadron, FT03 Mini, Node 304/Prodigy, and Node 605 builds too.
I've...
That picture is so sexy. I wish the M1 was standard production. It fit my 760 (same as the one you posted) with ample room around it. It could take an even bigger card if I wanted.
I'm seeing if there's a way to get a bulk order of the clips. If possible, and its a cheap enough per-unit cost, I might resell them for members for cheaper than $9 per 4. Waiting on hearing back from Baron now.
If I end up doing this, what would be the best way to ship them? Standard letter...
Do you have a Microcenter near you? Through them I got that processor for $200 and that exact motherboard for ~$100 through a combo deal. Also, have you considered using a mSATA drive as your SSD? Since the node is a small case, I find it important to try to cut down on the number of cables when...
Thanks! Was my first custom wire/sleeving job. Colors were determined by my mom's favorite colors, as this computer is for her. Too bad she'll likely never really look inside lol.
Just finished my build and got pictures all ready, #490 complete for now!

Tried clearing the cmos? There's a nice button on the back that makes it easy.
EDIT: I just saw your post, and that you tried clearing the CMOS already. That just seems a really weird problem to have. Does there appear to be anything wrong with the cable/header physically? Like a pin not making...
You sure its not just set at 100% in the bios/settings? You can use the fan app to adjust the levels.
I ended up splicing the two fans together at the ground, voltage, and pwm wires, and left one for the sense. Basically how the H220 splitter works, but at the pin level. Seems to work just fine.
In theory it supports the 4k resolution just fine (says so on the intel site). Just don't expect to be able to do much more graphically intensive things than playing video.
However if I read correctly either intel iris, the TV, or both, don't support that high of resolution unless you're at...
Seems to fit just fine. I think you could even put it in any orientation you want. I put it this way so there was room for the tubing to go above the RAM. (I haven't quite decided how to route everything yet)

I was testing this all day yesterday with my H220 +...
I emailed them last week. They said they have an order in with Lian Li and they should get them sometime early/mid February. I'm totally going to try to get a bag of them. I see myself using this case for the next decade or more. :D
Maybe I'm just confused, but you mean like the crappy diagram I drew or like, the tubing loops the same direction? Like both go clockwise, rather than the top clockwise vs bottom counterclockwise in my picture?
Sorry, for some reason I read this as "mITX", I've come to think that SFF only includes ITX systems these days :D
In your case, it's probably cheaper/better to just get a motherboard with a pci slot. Something like this is really cheap...
So the barbs on the rad are towards the back of the case, the tubing loops "out" to the front and "in" to the pump/block?
Please excuse the 30 second paint diagram:

Is everyone shortening their tubes on the H220? I'm not directly opposed to doing it, but if leaving it stock length how are people orientating the rad and looping the tubing? I've looked at pictures and couldn't find a stock H220 or a good picture that shows how its laid out.
Have you considered using something like this?

They also have cabled versions if you need to use a full height card.
The lian li ones are for big plastic 'studs' on the male side. Like this:
The M1 posts are smaller and metal, with the clips being the plastic part. My Google-fu is failing me as well :(
Was there ever a source found for the plastic clips for the side panels? I took off the motherboard side today and one of them apparently was broken. I don't know if I broke it or it broke in shipping or what. It holds just fine without it, but if it loses another one I'd be concerned with...
