That's just silly. What are they going to try to charge for the non-upgrade versions?

When I moved it took over a month to get an internet connection in my house. Steam ran flawlessly in offline mode the entire time, giving me full access to all of my single-player games.

A reference card is built to the specs outlined by the chipset manufacturer (ATI or nVidia). A non-reference card can differ in layout, cooling, or both.

This isn't meant to be a Raspberry Pi competitor. This a microcontroller (similar to Arduino) rather than a full fledged computer.
