They are fine, everything arrived shipped from Amazon, OEM packaging, and checked out showing a 5 year warranty from Seagate. Drives are very nice.

Or just wait a bit and buy them brand spanking new, with the 5 year warranty, for $290 each? I had them priced below $300 at both B&H and Amazon early last month.

Sounds like it might be worth a call to eBay. I've had decent luck getting them to accept fault when it's clearly an eBay issue, and that's what this sounds like.

That's why you take clear, comprehensive pictures of everything including the serial numbers. I would also mention that in any correspondence. I've had buyers "miraculously" find that their item works just fine after they find out I have photos of the serial numbers.
