problem solved, got a copy of power dvd 9 and i could then change the audio option to hdmi , (which idk why 7 didn't have) and now everything is fine! now if i could just figure out how to calibrate the million settings on my tv...

yeah in my version of power dvd i don't have that option for audio source. I'm not sure if mine is normal or ultra, I'm just using the version that came with the drive + the patch I had to install to get it to work.

when i was transferring files from another hard drive a while back somethings transfered in name only and not the whole file leaving lots of zero-size files on my hard drive. Just want to get rid of them so I can replace only the missing items and not replace everything.
