Running a 7900x, 32GB RAM, AUS 4090 system and using a Quest 3 modded with a Vive Deluxe Audio Strap. Use Virtual Desktop for PC VR and play some standalone games.
Still waiting for a more practical (self-tracked, lightweight, OLED screens, pancake lenses, direct DisplayPort and NOT WMR)...
Virtual Desktop has worked flawlessly for me since I bought it about a year or so ago to the point where I haven't even tried Airlink on my Quest 2. VD has plenty of tweaking options and is continually being improved by the developer.
I recommend a dedicated 5Ghz signal though for best...
I've never had to RMA a video card under warranty in the past. Recently I've owned ASUS 3090 and now 4090 cards without issues. Hope the no RMA trend continues (knock on wood).
My digital nomad days are over and I'm back in an office... so I built a desktop again and selling this beast. Played every game I threw at it at at least 1080p, most at 1440p with great framerates. Has been babied and works as new with no issues with keyboard, trackpad, ports, screen or...
1080 Ti
Had that thing for what felt like an eternity without the desire to upgrade. Ran everything I threw at it great, even VR games with the HTC Vive and Valve Index. Upgraded until the 3000 series came out... and that was only because I was able to grab a 3070 at MSRP close to launch.
Just got my hands on an ROG Strix 4090 after having a 3090 for a while. Although the 3090 ran almost everything I threw at it at at least 1440p with great framerates, I play on VR a lot and can't wait to finish my build to test the 4090... so the Ti is really not on my radar at least at this...
Selling an AMD Ryzen 3600x processor with Wraith Prism cooler. I upgraded to a 5600x so no longer need this processor. Was uninstalled 1/31/2021 and works perfectly.
Will come in a 3800X box with respective Ryzen 7 sticker. All cables for cooler RGB included.
Asking $old
Please PM questions...
Upgraded to an RTX card so no longer need the 1080Ti. The original Armor cooler was infamous for not cooling well (being a 1070 cooler) so I replaced it with a Frostflow All-in-one water cooler that works great.
Card is a couple of years old but still performs great. Will include retail...
This is probably a long shot but I received my preorder of the HP Reverb G2 and can't use it due to this issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/HPReverb/comments/jvd61a/issues_the_amd_x570_were_investigating_this/?sort=new
I also have an index and looking to upgrade my 1080Ti. Would trade for an RTX...
Selling a 128 GB Oculus Quest in great condition. No weird dead pixels, busted vertical lines, broken audio, or wonky port.

Pulled the trigger on this yesterday. Hoping to get my OG Vive wands working together with this to get the best of both worlds. If successful, hopefully I can get the Index controllers later for Alyx.
This might be a bit off topic, but could anyone point me toward the best way to upgrade to one of these (from a 860 evo M.2 to this inland M.2 with mobo with only one slot)? I previously went from a 2.5" 850 pro to a M.2 860 evo pretty painlessly using Samsung's Magician software but not sure...
