I have a Huawei P9... it has a white list of apps you allow to run when the phone locks... It's a handy feature... I set Facebook to not be whitelisted
They are only obstructing if they are capable of doing what is ordered... If you were ordered to change into a dog on a DNA level, doesn't mean you can actually do this (Apple have stated there is no back door, and that they cant... so that will be an interesting argument

The Judge in this case however at least has shown that just because the US Govt (or NZ Govt) says something, that it doesn't mean its true, or in line with NZ law
what if say someone somewhere ordered Google to remove all links to France (say Russia or China), and anything French? How would the French Govt feel I wonder
