Question for you all. I got my monitor fairly early on at have the M0B101 firmware. I don't use this monitor a ton as I normally game on my LG OLED's but occasionally I do use this display.
The panel is in great shape, and overall, I'm satisfied with the monitor (I don't hear fan noise, colors...
Thanks for this. I'm going to try this out (setting Contrast to 80) and see how this works out. I'm usually in a super dark room so using maximum power save is what my displays are on anyway.
So the final follow up to the CAC-1085 adapter and not being able to do 4k 120hz with the latest Nvidia drivers. It turns out I had to contact club3d directly and apply a firmware update to my adapters. So with the new fix from Nvidia plus the firmware has fixed the issue (again).

So I've got some news here. After giving the Nvidia team some driver feedback back in Feb. I've followed up with them this week as I keep seeing in the release notes with each new driver that it is a known issue with this adapter. I've been told that the one-off fix for this adapter has been...
As bummed as I am about this still not being fixed, at least Nvidia put this on their "Open Issues" list for their latest drivers (512.15):
Club 3D CAC-1085 dongle limited to maximum resolution of 4K at 60Hz. [3542678]
Guess I'll need to leave my work partition stuck at 511.23 for now.
I don't know if it is fast per se, but since I have a 65 C9 and two 48 CX on my desk I use LG's app on my phone to power on and switch inputs. The app also monitors my refrigerator so that is a plus.
