Same :(
I'm praying that somebody gets the 6700k in stock before the RMA period on the mobo/RAM run out. I would cry if I couldn't exchange a $250 DOA board...
Like it was said above, all of the rumors I've heard so far are that the OEMs got first dibs on an already limited supply.
On the first day of the release there were 6 units listed on amazon, but they were all on back order until mid-September, and also $100 - $150 over the MSRB
Hi all,
I've been putting a new build together around the i7 6700k. I'm a bit confused as to what RAM is supported. DDR4 2133 is is what's listed but I'm not sure if that's:
The minimum RAM speed supported.
The only RAM speed supported.
The max RAM speed supported in single channel...
So over the last year or so I've started to come around to the idea of a standing workspace, but don't entirely like the idea of being locked into a standing desk for my full workday. Has anybody ever played around with an adjustable setup that allows for both standing work, and seated work?
I like what the XArmor U9BL-S has to offer, but I've gotten used to the 2mm keys. Between the Lycosa I have now, and my laptop, I don't think I could get used to the 4mm keys
As far as I can tell from the Razer site and Amazon, BlackWidow is still a Razer product.
Around $100, mostly just TF2 and Eve. I don't need the macro buttons, but I like the backlight for aesthetic purposes
I have been looking into mechanical, but I'd like to avoid Razer if at all possible. I really like their products, but I've dealt with too many defects in their products, and lackluster customer support concerning said defects. I have, more or less, lost respect for the brand.
As for the...
I'm currently using a Razer Lycosa, but I'm experiencing all of the common problems for this keyboard (keys stop working, media buttons stick etc.). I really like this keyboard, but seeing as this is the third one that I've had that doesn't work right, I'm not looking to buy another.
What are...
Alright, well my speakers are on the lower end and don't have the TOSLINK jack, so it looks like I'll just have to use a Y connector to feed the R/L audio into my microphone. Thanks for all the help!
I'm not sure if that will really help me here. I can R/L composite out of the xbox with what Demon10000 suggested, but I don't have a way of getting the audio to the speakers without feeding it through the microphone jack on my pc

As far as connections go, there's only the jacks for connecting the speakers and audio input to the woofer, and a headphones jack on the control piece.
I don't know much about audio...
I just picked up an hdmi -> dvi cable to use my monitor as an xbox display, but I forgot about audio. I have a 5.1 Acoustic Authority sound system that I want to use, but I'm not quite sure how to go from the red/white RCA xbox audio to the front/back input on my sound system. Does anybody have...
I'm trying to add my old Linksys WRT54g router to a friend's wireless access to boost signal strength/range in his house. He currently has a Netgear WGR614 running his network, which consists of a PC and Xbox 360 on a wired connection, and multiple laptops on the wireless.
How would I be...
I don't think this is a problem with malware. I've been having a similiar problem with a linksys wrt54g on and off with several different computers the last 2 years or so. Every so often I'll lose the ability to connect to websites on browsers, and yet I'll be running torrents or playing EVE...
Right. I learned my lesson the first time I held the button. Reconfiguring all of your forwarded ports sucks.
I do torrent some, but its never when I'm torrenting that I get problems. The router will generally cut out when it isn't being used, which means a trip to the basement to reset it.
I currently have a linksys WRT54G router and a Terrayon TJ 715x cable modem. The router serves both a wireless network, and a single pc and an xbox in the wired network. The performance is usually satisfactory, but there's a problem I've been having almost since I got this setup 2 years ago...
I recently moved my file server to my basement, and I get very poor/inconsistent signal strength on the wireless network. I was looking for advice on a good model of network extender to remedy this.
Has anybody had particularly good luck with a certain make/model?
Is anybody else getting a 404 error from the page?
Instead of getting the server busy error, it 404's on me.
Also, instead of choosing which version to download, the first page just says : "Windows® 7 Beta coming soon!"
Is this happening to anyone else?
I'm thinking about putting together my first wc loop (most likely just my q6600 and 4850) and I was wondering if this would be good enough:
http://www.antec.com/usa/productDetails.php?lan=us&id=75210#
My q6600 is oc'd to 3.0 and my 4850 is at stock.
The spec page doesn't really say how...
Would this serve my purposes? This looks like its a tool to reorganize partitions from inside the OS, Linux no less. I need an alternative to fdisk, preferably something that doesn't need to load windows, as a severely corrupted install of XP seems to be the cause of my problems.
Ok, I really have no clue what's going on now. I got all of my files backed up on a secondary drive, and tried to format my C drive but the windows installer crashes. When I get to the part where you choose which partition to install on/format the drive, the C drive cannot be accessed...
Well I'm not sure wtf happened to my windows install, but I can't copy/paste, and whenever I attempt to install/uninstall software it tells me I don't have access to the windows installed service even though I know its installed and I'm on an admin account.
I think I'm just gonna nuke the...
Okay, I'll definintely try this when I get home. As I've been using the computer I've noticed a couple more things that are wrong:
When attempting to search, nothing appears where the dialouge and dog should be
Cannot drag/drop
Horrible start up/shut down times
Sound like these are also...
Hello [H]
I'm having a problem with a certain mom.exe. Now, I know there were disputes as to whether it is legitimate or not, but that's not my concern. I recently updated my 4850 drivers/CCC and mom.exe started to well, bug out. It constantly spawns a new instance of itself and...
