Hi Everyone,
I've used a normal keyboard my whole life and considering I spend a lot of hours at the computer, I thought it would be good to invest in a very good keyboard. I have always owned mac keyboards which I have found to be quite good when compared to other normall ones.
I'm...
Been using this for around 3 hours and loving it!
I'm currently using 10e settings but finding it too bright, if a lower the brightness will this result in not so good colour quality?
Basically, I'm having real difficulty trying to decide which of the two monitors I should get and which one suites my needs best.
I will mainly be using the monitor for:
Office Work
Programing
Gaming
Movies
Minor Photoshop Work
I can get the Dell U2412M for £279 in the UK...
Hi Everyone,
Basically, I am torn between getting 3 Dell U2311H's or getting 2 Dell U2412M's. I do a lot of website development so two screens helps an awful lot and I was thinking 3 screens would benefit me more also.
I use my computer for pretty much everything, from watching films...
Basically I'm looking at getting either the XFX HD 6870 Dual Fan or the XFX HD 6870 Dual Fan Black Edition.
The later is pre-overclocked. The question is, could I easily overclock the non overclocked one to the same settings as the overclocked one without any hassle?
Thanks
Thanks for your feedback and advice.
Is the SSD really that bad? When I purchased it a year ago, it was apparently the best value SSD on the market.
The cost of the MSI card in England is £140, which is roughly $230. Do you consider that overpriced?
I am wanting to use a modular PSU for...
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Mostly programming and gaming with the odd bit of Photoshop.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1200 (Shipping Included)
3) Where do you live?
England
4) What exact parts do you need for that...
As title says. Not sure if to go for the Dell U2311H or wait for the U2312HM (release date?). My only other option is the U2412M, however this seems a little bit to pricey for my budget. I was also looking to go Eyefinity.
Main uses:
Office,
Programming,
Gaming,
Movies
Hi Folks,
I'm looking for a large, black, plain and thick mouse/desk pad, are there any on the market which match that?
Looking for something similar to this one but without the odd corner.
I'd mainly be using this monitor for the internet and office work. Would you recommend against me getting it due to the comments you made above?
Thanks
There a two things what put me off buying a Dell U2311H:
First of all, I prefere the 16:10 aspect ratio. Secondly, I really don't wanna be bothered with the continuos returning of monitors until I get good one without any issues.
I'm also concerned that the monitor resolution will be just too...
Would you say the U2311H is better for office use also?
From reading the U2311H thread, there also seems to be a lot of bleeding and tinting issues. Does the 2209WA suffer from this at all?
This is true, and I don't know how sensitive I would be to AG coating.
I used own a Dell 2408WFP about two years, how bad was the AG coating on that post to be? I really liked that monitor from a colour point of view, however the amount of input lag it had was ridiculously.
I did but it seems to have poor blacks and contrast.
Also a lot of people seem to report that it has a lot of AG coating which gives eye strain to the user.
Thanks for the reply.
I have been looking at the U2311H for quite sometime, however I really want to stick a monitor with a 1920 x 1200 resolution. How much would I have to fork out for one?
Hi all,
I've been through quite a few monitors in my time and I've never really setled to like any of them. I'm in the market for a new one after selling my Samsung 2443BW to a friend.
I'm looking for a monitor that has a resolution of 1920 X 1200 and isn't a TN panel. However, I would...
Been looking to get a new monitor however I am unable to find one which I like.
I have just a quick question. Whats the chance of any new 24inch monitors with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 coming out this year?
