Stuck with Comcast's crap as well sitting at 265GB/300GB at the moment with 10 days left. Uverse is a choice but their cap is 250GB for nearly the same price and a reduction in speed. Trying to back up to crashplan is taking forever then again 5TB is nothing to sneeze at but still, been going...
You won't get shocked the linked wire from unrlmth, it has a clear "shield" over it so long as you're touching that you'll be fine. Though if you label both ends you won't have to worry about it since it'll be hooked up right and no bare should be showing.
Just got mine in as well, no 64s of either color however :), play still showing out of stock on everything. Delivery date of 9 Dec, better late then never I guess
In an elevated command prompt typing powercfg -requests should show the culprit that is keeping your system awake, or at least waking it up. I recently had this issue and finally narrowed it down to a homegroup issue that started after installing win 10 preview on a laptop.
That's what I meant, but it should have been the pre-orders first, then ship to the carriers as some have mentioned it could drive people away and go to a different phone. I understand Google doesn't want to provide end user support so just put a disclaimer that all support would be given...
This is the most expensive Nexus device ever created, intended to be sold almost exclusively through the carrier channels, with only a small sliver of inventory available via Google Play. Robert Hamilton, product lead for the Nexus program, said that despite the conception by early adopters that...
Still rocking a 2600K since early 2011, might have a video card upgrade in the future. See no reason to upgrade until DDR 4 starts becoming "standardized", then it will be demoted to server duty.
I would also recommend a patch panel, if the cable goes bad you may only need to replace the patch cables, which are more likely to get abused than what's in the wall, rather than re-run the entire length. You can always make/buy 1-3' patch cables depending on which route you go.
I only say cap, cause I'm sure no one would voluntarily give them more money other than what their monthly amount is. You're right it's not they are going to cut you off once get passed 300GB but whose going to keep paying $10 for 50GB chunks rather than just ration throughout the month then...
Those who are in the cities above have a 300GB cap, the no caps anywhere in the country is a lie; unless we are no longer considered part of the US. I live in Charleston paying $66.95 for a 25/5 connection.
If I understood you right here's a site that sells the connectors themselves and in black. If you scroll down you'll find the 8 pin as well.

Have you made any hardware changes, sometimes even the slightest changes will trip it, otherwise I would just try and activate and see what happens worst is you just have to call and get them to activate it that way which doesn't take long.
I haven't used two routers in a while, but should be able to just disable DHCP on router B so only router A is giving IP addresses and should be good. Last thing is you will not use the WAN port on router B but it appears you have already figured that out.
I'm guessing if you pull them to tight it will start to break the glass tubes inside the cable, the ones dmolter linked look like should eliminate that hazard.
It was probably a configuration issue but once one of us connected the other was disconnected and vice versa, this was also 4-5 years ago so maybe it's no longer an issue now the extra IP fixed it back then.
I did this a few years ago since my brother and me couldn't be on XBL at the same time. Solved it by putting a switch between the routers (each grabbing an IP) and the modem, after that it worked great.
I just recently dropped them last week because the speeds are usually under 500kbps and it was just frustrating. Although it was nice that my wife could get an account on her own to build credit while verizon wanted like $400 for a deposit, I don't think it was that much but no deposit is much...
If it makes you feel better I bought my Nexus on the 4th, though I'm happy I dropped Sprint getting speeds of 80kbps here in Charleston SC is not my idea of "premium data" the highest I ever pulled down was a little over a 1Mbps which was around 4-5am. I ported my Sprint number over to Google...
I haven't tried it yet, gauging the responses here it's leaning more toward the negative side. I would also like to think that they using this period to gauge reaction to metro on the desktop, and will give the classic look back when it ships. I do find it interesting that DE made it back into...
If only the other carriers would follow their formula it would be great. I would love to switch problem is I'm already with sprint (their service tags along) so if the 3g speeds are the same then I'd be in the same boat just a little smaller bill
An SSD will help with load times and also any textures that need to be loaded as well, think entering a city in an MMO, other than that not really. A good way to tell if your cpu is bottlenecking is running a game at its lowest res and compare the frame rates to your normal res. Best bet is just...
Your not the only one, if things don't improve by August then I'm jumping ship as well dial up might have been ok 15-20 years ago but not now. OP the nexus will at least get the possibility of more updates unless Samsung has been reliable in that aspect, never owned one.
If your really paranoid about it you can just take off the heatsink, video card(s), and hard dirves and put them in their own padded boxes. I made a 19 hour journey with both of my computers laying on their sides with everything facing up, no problems. As others have said just be careful and all...
My upgrade comes up in August and would love to get a WP7 device. Hopefully sprint expands their selection. On the other hand I'm anxiously waiting for the new qualcomm krait to come out should the numbers hold up when the phones start coming out. If nothing looks good I'm going to get the...
Subscribed. Looking good I'm thinking of getting two of these to shift both my WHS and main rig into a 25u rack along with some other equipment. Can't wait to see how this turns out.
I've got 3 of the XAVB2001-100NAS 1 for the wife's comp in another bedroom and one downstairs feeding a wd live plus and the third at the router with one spare, so far they are working pretty good no problems with connectivity or streaming netflix. You can buy them separately if needed or in...
