Twitch Streamer Ninja Was Paid $1 Million by EA to Stream 'Apex Legends'

Is this why games are now approaching $120 per for the deluxe, super whamo-jamo editions? Is it any wonder I haven't bought a game at full price, on launch day, in about 5 years?

Marvel Uploads a New Avengers: Endgame Trailer

Hmmm... I think I'm more excited for Dark Phoenix now after watching this trailer. Of course Dark Phoenix will need to be 5 hours long... but that's a whole other issue.

Call of Duty's Battle Royale Mode is Free for a Week

I'll take a good story driven shooter (like the first three Mass Effects) over something with a "Battle Royale" mode any day... Too bad game developers aren't listening.

Microsoft Puts $500 Million Towards Affordable Seattle Area Housing

Great! So Microsoft accomplishes this... Guess what happens? Folks with lots of money will buy these as investment properties and turn around and rent them at 2-3x what the mortgage is because that's the going price of housing in the area. Net result? Nothing changes.

Here Is the New Hellboy Trailer

So.Tired.Of.Reboots. Seriously. Every reboot ever is a slap in the face of anyone with an attention span of more than 5 minutes. Continue the story, build on the previous movies, build a world and new characters that we love or hate.... but for f*ck's sake STOP REPEATING YOURSELF WITH REBOOTS!

Heroes of the Storm Development Enters Long-Term Sustainability Mode

I think I was in the middle of a Diablo playing binge when Heros of the Storm was announced - I remember pre-ordering it, installing it and playing it all of like twice before going back and playing Diablo. I've been playing games on my PC more often these days since the XBox One has moved to...

Bethesda to Issue Replacement Canvas Bags for the Fallout 76: Power Armor Edition

Really really glad that Mass Effect: Andromeda taught me to stop believing game maker and game site news hype about the next great release in a storied franchise and taught me to wait until the game was actually released to see whether it's good, decent, or, like Fallout 76, sucks Donkey B@lls....

The replies to this post are toooooooooo funny! Seriously it sounds like the CPU is toast (pun intended). It's doing exactly what a Celery 300A processor I once had did after I tried to push it past 500MHz - thermally running away. I doubt even Liquid Nitrogen would keep it cool enough to...

Thanks, I'll give that a go! Still hoping someone has tried and can tell me what the results of soldering a second Fan RPM connector to the output of a case or HSF fan and connecting both ends, one to the motherboard and the other to the fan controller's sensor.... TIA for the help! Ronin

Couple of Fan Controller bay question

Just bought a Hardcano 13 Fan controller/temperature monitor and while I've built every computer I've owned since the early 90's I've never installed something like this. In theory the device should allow me to control the speed of up to four fans and should also automatically ramp the fan...
