As long as the NDA doesn't stipulate that you lie on reviews, I say go for it. And not sure how an NDA could even do that... And I don't see how an NDA could prevent you from voicing opinions on "practices" either... Just read all the fine...

A few points. Don't sign. My MOST important point is this: I don't come here for the first reviews. I come here for the best reviews. You shelled out a ton of cash for those cards. It's a bummer, I'm sure. I'm also damn sure you can sell them...

I will not buy a card without the Hard review, except certain rare exceptions for work when based on a released architecture.

If the current NDA is different from the one in June, will you post the unsigned NDA for forum lawyers to review?

I say no. While I understand that you wouldn't have a review at the same time as most sites, the reason we come here is worth far more than getting hard ocp a launch day coverage. We who come here will wait for a real review, even one post launch.

Geez...a Vega 64 for $599 or a 1080-Ti for $530.....God..I love AMD, but they have got to get a handle on their GPU prices....I miss the days when they offered almost the same performance for about half the price (I'm remembering the Radeon 4870...

Why would anyone agreeing to something bad mouth it and thereby themselves. Your ... "everyone says its cool" defense. Sounds a lot like Nvidias defense of GPP. "This is industry standard stuff really... "

If you sit at or around 6ft to 7ft. It's fine, if you got good tech. I love my 65inch VT50. It has served me well as I wait for HDR to get it's shit together.

Like many here, I agree that you should field your concerns with a lawyer before deciding. If the lawyer sees complications with future coverage or potential compromise to your journalistic integrity, then definitely NO, otherwise sign it.

I just wanted to give users a heads up on our relatively high fraud rate on i9 CPUs from Amazon. We recently received an i9-7900x box that was opened and missing the CPU, and yesterday we received a fake i9-7940x CPU that fell apart when...
